I'm a Wendy's customer but in my last drive thur visit, I ordered a cheeseburger & a double meat combo Lg w/no ketchup & no tomatoes. As most people we dig into fries 1st. Notice my fries where cold & the lg frie container is only half full, I sure in the heck did eat that many. I circled parking lot & went to drive thru window. Fris kindly exchanged. Got hm & noticed the meat was half raw on both, still had ketchup & way to much mayo that caused buns to get soggy. I returned 15mins later to inform Mrg & request a refund of $17.50. The Mrg explained; Wendy's do not give refunds & offered to remake or on next visit my order would be free only at that location. He keeped receipt & wrote my name on it because at that time I no longer had a taste for a burger after biting into raw meat. I'm so disappointed & mad. Especially not getting my cash back. Also I should have keeped or took picture of receipt & after a long day at work, this is what happened to me at 10pm Thursday 03-03-22. (Yes, we should have noticed we didn't get our card back but the employee SHOULD'VE returned our card!) I immediately looked at my bank account and there was an extra charge from Wendy's immediately following our order!! Wow. And hmmm... We did not receive our card back and there's another charge within a few minutes at the same Wendy's using the same card we used. Was it a Wendy's employee? Well, the only other option I can think of is that when the employee was handing back my card that it was accidentally dropped between my van and the drive-thru window. Now, if that had happened then the employee would probably apologize and we would have picked up the card and gone on with life. That was cool, and I apologized to them because I only had a large denomination bill, could they break it?They were very nice & said no problem, could I please pull into a parking spot, due to it being SUPER BUSY @ bar-thirty 2am. They handed me our drinks, and I pulled into the spot, after handing them my cash. I think her name was Shannon (super cool chiquita, by the by). She brought our order out and said "ma'am you pulled away w/out your change", and was just so sweet about giving me my change & hot food (done right!) I thought they had needed the time for making change, and she thought I'd lost my senses. It was an awesome moment of total honesty & concern - shout out to the late night bar crew! Y'all...
