Horrible, I purchased a meal for New Years day, and the female worker with her headphones whom looks to be like in her 60's came out pointing her finger in my face telling me I sat there to long. I think it was a total of 25 or 30 minutes, and with no customers including a fresh remodel, and with no traffic on the streets that day, as this was unappealing and assulting. She acted like she was going to get really mad and almost fight? I can't leave a positive review so I will recommend to avoid this location, and wishing everybody for a better new year. What was the problem? I ate there as a customer and with nobody else to spend the holidays with. Wendy's, I do not agree with your public relations and customer service at this particular location, and condemn any worker who would have this method of customer appreciation. I have eaten at Wendy's since I was a kid, and don't think I'm coming back now or later or directing anyone else to this location to be treated in this matter.
Here is a public safety message

Social distancing is reserved for everybody's protection and sanitary need's, but is not full proof against any virus. There are also mask mandates that require un vaccinated people to wear a mask. Read moreWaited for several minutes at the drive though to order and was literally about to drive away and assume they were closed (even though I sat their long enough that I could google their hours and confirm they were supposed to be open still) I ordered, girl seemed confused by my order, I drive up and don’t wait too long for food but the 2 people working on my order seem to be having a hard time trying to fill the order together, they didn’t give me back my card until I asked so already at this point I’m assuming they’re just high or having a hard time in general which fine whatever I can cut y’all a break I’m pretty understanding. I get home after a stressful day excited that I don’t have to cook tonight I bite into a fry and it’s completely cold, hard and stale! Nuggets cold as well not even lukewarm in the slightest. I burst into tears and have my boyfriend confirm that I’m not crazy that this food is so stale that it’s like it has been sitting around over a day. We drove back and got a refund and went to Taco Bell instead who actually did give me nice, warm, fresh food. I love wendys and I am very forgiving of those that work in the service industry because I have been there but in absolutely no world was this acceptable an I will only write reviews like this if it’s absolutely bad enough. You did me dirty wendys and I won’t be...
Read morePulled up to this Wendy’s to pick up a DoorDash order. It’s a little late in the afternoon so you have to go to the drive-through When I get there, I’m greeted at the speaker by Andrea’s I proceed to tell him the name on the order The first time I did it I felt like I didn’t say it clear enough so make sure the second time to say it more clear coming from a restaurant background. I’ve used plenty of drive-through Headsets and it is difficult Most times to hear the customer clearly Andrea’s Repeats the name back to me and I’m assuming he forgets to turn his mic off, but proceeded to say in his Latin language (I’ll keep it to English for the people that don’t understand Any Latin language) he says “ MAX!!!! Do you hear this guy he said his name like a White person MAX!!!! Just to be very clear if I find out any of my drive-through workers say anything close to this, they would immediately be written up suspended or fired. It’s unfortunate for Andrea’s that I understand every single word that he said. So to the other person inside that Had the other headset on you are witnessed to this and quite frankly you’re probably the manager in charge for the shift I hope that Mr. Andrea’s gets held accountable for his actions and learns a life lesson from this Not everybody...
