Kosher Sarah's Tent Aventura Supermarket — Restaurant in Aventura

Buyers be aware. It’s unfortunate that this business still allows the customers to buy expired stuff , not expired in a day or two. Expired in more than a year of the expiration date. Every single thing you buying in Sarah tent is probably gonna be expired, they deleting the original date and most of the time you won’t be able to see even expire date. If you gonna look and search good on some product you’ll be in shock to see that what ever you going to eat has been expired many months or even year + ago. This business should be closed , I’ve never ever writing bad reviews purposely on business , but who ever playing with our health and selling us expired food for crazy amount of money needs to get his business closed. I’m buying in Sarah tent for a year, and unfortunately started to notice recently how systematic they are with selling expired food especially closed products from Israel. Shame on you, for selling our kids these kind of food. !Buyers be aware! Check every detail you buying here from now on. If you don’t see a date on the product avoid buying it it’s expired for sure. I have proofs all around my house for stuff that I got from them month or two months ago, they were expired year ago!!!! Everything that I’m checking now has been expired long before I got it. Horrible.

I always try to talk to the owner or manager of the store before leaving a review but in this case I was immediately turned down by the manager (the guy with glasses and black hair) but telling me that “I can leave the store” and go somewhere else. Unfortunately prices in Sara’s tent have gone completely out of control and nobody is doing anything. $28 for a pound of meat?!!! When I asked this guy he immediately told me “if you don’t like it, go somewhere else”. Is this how we talk to loyal customers for 16 years? Not fair. YOU ARE STEALING FROM PEOPLE. THIS IS NOT GOOD, I’M telling you, people are getting tired of this abuse. And the way your employees talk to customers is not right. No to say that some people may not even be able to afford kosher meat because of this abuse. I’m going to eventually continue going there but I’m not buying meat anymore, I can’t with this prices. Hopefully another store will open soon and this will help to value customers and keep...

Love this place, but horrible customer service!!! I bought a package of ground lamb for $18 dollars, it turned brown the following day. I brought it back with a receipt the following day asking for a fresh package of meat- the manager said “I don’t know what you did to the lamb after you left the store.” I told him I live a mile from there, I went straight home and the meat went straight into the refrigerator. He said he couldn’t help me- he said the best he could do is take half off on a fresh package. This is no way to stand behind your products and is a complete lack of integrity/principle. Very disappointed and will not be coming back. Very sad to see Jews ripping off Jews! Shame on you, Sarah’s Tent! I will be shopping elsewhere...
