Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Avon Lake

EDIT: went in and talked to manager/owner. She was very apologetic and helpful. After speaking with her about how rude her employee is I feel better about the situation. Maybe nothing will come of it, but In the past I have had nothing but good experiences so I’m changing my review.

Just ordered from here 2/26/18 10:45PM on my lunch break at work like I sometimes do, for myself and a few of my coworkers. This time I received the wrong sandwich... it had bacon on it which I DO NOT eat bacon, and furthermore nothing in our entire order has anything to do with bacon.

They messed up... fine right? I call and tell them this and a young man answers the phone... tells me he will give me 5 dollars off my next order. I said hold on a second... my sub was more than 5 dollars, I’m not going to eat this sub, I do not eat bacon. The guy gets a even bigger attitude than he has before and tells me he will give me a free sandwich and hangs up on me!

At this point I can’t believe it... I wasn’t even rude. Although having to work another 5 hours without eating is pretty frustrating. Didn’t even get an apology at any point in the phone call. Anyways that’s the end of my rant, I won’t go back except when I return the sandwich and get my money back. They can keep...

If I could leave zero stars I would This is the 4th time we have had horrible customer service. I ordered 2 pizzas. Took 11 minutes to order on the phone (fine). Was told it would be delivered in 20-25 minutes. About an hour later I called. The girl said they were in route. A half hour later I call back to be put on hold 10 minutes for them to talk to a manager. Well come to find out they canceled my order an hour ago because the girl forgot to charge a delivery fee and when they called to tell me that I didn’t answer so they just cancelled it. I didn’t answer because I had 6 screaming kids around me that just wanted to eat some pizza. He then argued with me and said “if you want to come fix my staffing issue you’re welcome to work here for $11 an hour” then I asked for a refund which I got but the all around service was absolutely horrible. Not to mention the many times they are so rude over the phone. I will never ever go back as the manager was a complete jerk. Save yourself the hassle and order from doughboys...

I picked up my carry out order and my pizza wasn’t made correctly. I called the store and was told by a girl who is an employee that they will not re make my pizza that on there end it didn’t show the extra salami I ordered and there out of it and there is nothing they can do. I ask for the general manager who she told me said to her that they are not re making my pizza. I drove back to the store and proved to the manager my receipt showed what I ordered and he refused to re make my pizza and instead said he will not make me another pizza and will refund my order. I’m a consistent long time customer here and this has been the worst pizza experience I ever had. They are completely rude and treat their customers like dirt. I will never spend another dollar at this establishment. The other pizza in my order that was for my kids wasn’t cooked all the way through and tasted terrible. All around terrible experience and terrible food. You just lost a long time...
