McDonald's — Restaurant in Avon

The clowns who are new owners of this McDonald’s trapped my tractor trailer in for 3 days then extorted money out of my operations manager, I had to dispatch an extra driver costing $175 more. to release the truck and move it. I would rather pay a tow than pay you $75 There’s no posted signs that you charge $25 per night and I tried moving my truck Sat, Sun and Monday.. For Avon, Rocky River & Avon Lake I would like to inform you of these pests that this is not a friendly way to do business here. I know you think a truck with Indiana plates may be “ transient” and good prey but we are literally in all directions, plates from anywhere but I live here! We don’t act like this on the west side. Go back to the east side. You didn’t earn your passport. You’re just a McDonald’s. You’re not important. We truckers bring you everything you have. Go back to beechwood nobody wants you on the west side with your arrogance. You’re a nuisance and you’re not very interesting. You’re not gangster or mobsters. This is not New Jersey and you’re just “ick” really. I have also reported you to the sherif for the record. Way to go losers. Disrupting interstate commerce is a crime. Extortion also a crime. Intimidation is a crime. Get your own semi. Stop stealing truck drivers plates too., we know you stole the Oregon plates. I’m the owner and the President of All Directions Trucking Agency you only own a few McDonald’s. But don’t forget me. I have 3.5 million truckers behind me. 10-4 - and I’m putting you on blast. As I promised. You said “ no don’t do that” and threatened the old “ you don’t know who I am and who I’m connected to” as if. Haha , clearly you don’t know who I am. -you will someday. You must have cooked all day for hours parked there waiting to extort $75. Shame on you, the governor of McDonald’s, the lord of the lands of public truck parking. Big wow 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Update you guys had an audience and all the truckers are talking about what you guys did. There’s many more pictures & videos watching you guys. Words getting around quickly. We demand compensation.

Update : here is the cash app information the owner used a straw man for his extortion. I also spoke to all the staff at the pilot truck stop across the street. 2 staff members stated that the “actual owner of McDonald’s came into pilot demanding to find me or they were going to smash all the tires on the truck”. They said you were yelling. More updates coming...

Absolute WORST service EVER!!! Just ordered two happy meals for my kids. One was a 6 piece chicken nugget meal and the other was a 4 piece chicken nugget meal. After driving all the way home my daughter opened her happy meal box and inside was just a huge mess of Big Mac sauce and that’s it. From the pictures below you can see how disgusting this looked. I had to drive all the way back and since all the doors were locked because of Covid-19. I had to wait in a huge line again. It had now been almost 45 minutes. I pulled up and asked to speak to the manager. I asked if one of her employees was playing some sort of game or messing with orders. After a very rude response. I asked for a full refund. The manager refused and said the Owner does not allow refunds. I asked for the owners contact information and the manager name. She refused walked away and left me at the drive thru window. Finally another manger came over and repeated the same thing. He gave me some generic number and forgot to give me a new happy meal. I started walking back to the drive thru window because now it had been almost an hour. As I was walking towards the drive thru window the manager was walking out the door with good for her boyfriend or husband parked in a truck next to her car. I told her that her employees didn’t give me a new happy meal and she started to argue with me saying they did. She then got into her car. I headed over to the drive thru window and told the employees they didn’t give me a replacement happy meal. The female employee rudely handed it to me. As I was walking back to my car I took a picture of her license plate. The woman immediately ran out of her car towards mine and took a picture of my license plate. I’ve been to this location hundreds of times only because of the convenience of the location but the service is awful. After tonight’s service I will NEVER spend a penny in this place again. I would advise anyone else in Avon or anywhere else to AVOID this place...

Place still needs a lot of work. 5 years and going with a horrible drive through service. Since we moved here we have received nothing but bad service. You can tell that they hire anyone right off the streets just to fill a position. It’s obvious the mangers have no training protocol in place. Moving on to today. My family and I went through drive through and it was tough at best to put an order in for my family and kids. It was very dead around 1:30 when we arrived. There was a girl with a name tag on that said Tom. Maybe the letters were cut off who knows. Anyway we asked her to hold on a moment and she kept being rude saying HELLO CAN I TAKE YOUR ORDER PLEASE, with an attitude about every 3-5 seconds. Please note that it was totally dead with only 1 car in line in front of us that already pulled away, so they were not stressed to act in this manner. When we pulled up to the window I asked her if all was ok and she immediately knew I was calling her on her rudeness. Her reply was priceless lol. She said Maybe the construction crew hit the speaker 😹. Looks like we will try this location out in another year again and take our business 1 mile up the road to the nice McDonald’s on Walker Rd, Avon Lake. I just had to give an honest review to warn other families about them. Day or Night. Service is still bad. We understand why ratings are so low. They can rebuild this McDonald’s up all they want, but if they keep hiring thugs off the street they will eventually be Top Terrible until they get good management in to manage this generation of workers. PS. They had a small improvement this time. At least our food was right this time 😹 11-17-2019. felt obligated to edit my review. Its been less then a month and once again, out order was totally screwed up. Kids are allergic to food and it came wrong again. Please hire new people or retrain them. Most families work hard for there money and deserve...
