Parlor Doughnuts — Restaurant in Avon

Well we come often even though we drive 20 minutes, just to be dissatisfied yet again because today April 13, 2024 at 2:24 pm. Got told by some high school age child there were no donuts and they were completely out of donuts. How do u run out of donuts to fry up when that’s the only thing you offer???? Place was cleaned and one of main doors were already locked. Looked as though they were ready to close. Again, why are there no adults working and if they are why is it when I have gone in the kids are the only ones I see or my husband sees and they are always on their phone. Really, you need...

Not impressed. Variety was pretty slim, not really donuts so much as pastries. Nothing wrong with that, but if you're expecting donuts I'd skip it. Pricing is outrageous, I got one 'donut' and it was over 3.50. They say they are filled, we got about a 1/4 tsp of filling, the rest was kinda dry. The only one I saw that looked good to me claimed 'tastes like a cinnamon roll'...it didn't. People ahead of me looked at the selection and left. They claim to be 'made fresh all day' but about 2/3 of the trays were empty and they weren't overly busy at 10:30 in the morning. Sorry to say we...

I really want to like this place, which is why we've been here 3 times despite the bad service. If you are only getting doughnuts or coffee, it's great & fast. However, if you're getting anything else off their menu (like the breakfast sandwich or tacos) don't bother. Every time we order breakfast they forget about that part of our order. This morning we waited 35 minutes before asking about our sandwiches, and I was told "yeah we honestly haven't made them yet". When we did get them, the center was cold... so I guess we paid ~$12 for someone to microwave a couple freezer...
