Took my son to eat here and with all of the surrounding construction we decided to go through the drive thru. The car line was not long and there was maybe 2-3 vehicles ahead of us. We waited over 15 mins just to place an order. Once we got to the order box, I was asked to wait and that my order would be taken shortly. 5 mins or so later, just sitting there, a voice comes across. "Have I taken your order yet?" Smh. Fast forward to finally getting to the pickup window. The staff was kind and very apologetic towards the abnormally long wait. With their sympathy came an upgrad to my son's shake from a small to a large. I know that made it up to him. However the sandwich I ordered, a market fresh BLT with extra bacon, lacked the extra bacon. There were only 4 pieces in total on my sandwich. That was the only food item I had ordered to eat for dinner. Possibly one of the saddest sandwiches I have ever eaten. Ironically Arby's pride is on "having the meats". It just wasn't stacking up tonight for me. I also had to drive around to the store's front and get the sweet tea they forgot to serve me. Maybe next time it...
Read moreI went to visit the states to attend my grandmothers funeral afterwards i went to arbys as normally i really enjoy it however the service i was given was absurd. Oh, where do I begin with this raw meat mountain sandwich from Arby's? It was a complete disaster. First off, the sight of it was off-putting, like a chaotic pile of unkempt meats that seemed to be competing for attention rather than complementing each other. The bread was stale, which only added to the disappointment.
As for the taste, it was a confusing mess. The meats were not only overly greasy but also lacked any real flavor, making each bite feel like a chore rather than a treat. The whole experience left me questioning my life choices. I expected a hearty meal, but instead, I got a soggy, (which left the bag dripping in grease) unappetizing mound that I couldn't finish. I would not recommend this sandwich to anyone unless they enjoy a truly underwhelming culinary experience. Save your money and...
Read moreThis is our first and only time going to this Arby’s location in Azle.
My wife went to pick up dinner for us tonight. I asked her to get me what I normally get whenever we eat Arby’s, the #6. She knows that I like my sandwich meat sliced as thin as possible, to where it’s nearly shredded. So she did what we always do when we eat Arby’s, asked them to slice the meat as thin as they could get it to where it’s pretty much shredded. I ask to have it done anytime we eat Arby’s and it’s never been a problem....until tonight.
My wife asked them at this location and was told by the cashier that he had to ask. She pulled around to the window and was told no, they wouldn’t do it because they already had the meat pre-sliced! Since when does Arby’s pre-slice their meat?! We may of been a little more understanding if we were coming in right before closing and they were trying to clean up but not at 6:30-7:00 in the evening! So we...
