Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Aztec

First of all, I have severe physical disabilities which is why I utilize delivery services. On Saturday, October 26, 2024, I ordered a meal from Domino's in Aztec, New Mexico. Normally, the food and service was (not using Domino's anymore) acceptable. At times it was great. Other times, it is sorely lacking but not enough to motivate me to post a horrible review. On this occasion, I ordered online at about 4:50 PM. Somewhere around 5:20 PM I noticed on delivery tracker that the driver "left the store." At about 5:45 PM, the driver shows up with very cold food. I called the store and received a very lame "The dog ate my homework" type of excuse. My address is on one of the major roads through town. The "manager" offered a future credit which did nothing to solve the problem at hand. I have food I could not eat. I filled out the in-house review form and no one has reached out to me regarding the cold food and very poor...

Me and my husband have always loved coming to Domino's and when we ordered delivery they would always meet us half way on ruins road until today. Worst experience ever!!!! We waited for the driver for half an hr on ruins road and he never showed up. We ended up driving all the way in to Domino's expected to get customer service from the staff " we apologize our driver didnt deliver or it's no worries we will take off the delivery fee" yet we got rude service from the manager. Tonya was the manager she didnt want to refund us our delivery fee she said it doesn't work that way! What?!! I said your employee didnt deliver yet we had to come in and just wanted to refund the delivery fee. She didnt apologize or seem to concerned about customer service. Rude poor service hopefully they dont let this location...

Just want to say I have never written a review but this place... oh this place. I love dominoes but this one in Aztec is a joke every single time I've ordered something has gone horribly wrong. Tonight was my breaking point I ordered a pan made pizza with bacon,jalapeños and buffalo sauce after a hour long wait I drove home irritated but exited for food when I arrived I found a plain cheese pizza. How in the world does that happen? That pizza went through 3 toppers eyes and the person who boxes and cuts it then when I drive back to get a refund the homeless looking topper laughs in my face and says "we suck man" you guys need to actually make sure the people you hire can at least read and know how to top a...
