Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Azusa

I placed an order on Tuesday with Derek for delivery due to possible new customers coming on Thursday to tour our offices and warehouse. The food was to be delivered by 11:30am on Thursday but then on the day they were to arrive, I got the news that their flight at LAX didn't even land till 11:30am! I called JM and spoke to a sweet gal who told me her manager Ashley was actually on her way to deliver the food to us! I asked her if she could call Ashley and ask that the food be delivered later so that the sandwiches are fresh for our potential customers. I apologize, I think the gals name started with K, she called Ashley right away and stopped the delivery for me! And then Ashley later brought us fresh sandwiches closer to the time the visitors were to arrive. We went with Jersey Mike's because of the wonderful quality of the food. 5 stars to this wonderfully helpful team!! I will definitely be ordering again! ...

This location here on point! Little better than all the others around the area.

Especially with the deal they have going on right now the buy one giant and get the second giant for only $5! After 5pm only.

No other locations around the area have specials that this location have. Any Jersey Mike's location you can't go wrong with their subs all fresh and flavorful! This location just has better deals than the others. I would say their staff here is a little more on it as well, never have to remind them not to forget my sides.

Staff very friendly,polite and welcoming as well. They also seem to put more meats on your subs here than the other locations around the area. The homie that rides the E-bike made my sub dude packed it! Didn't get his name but BigUps!

Not a good experience. First time going to this place. A lot of workers but not much customer service. I looked over the menu for a bit. Then I approached the counter to order. I stood there for a while, 4 people behind the counter and none of them asked me how can they help. I said out loud "Is there someone who I can order with?" The man cutting meat at the counter said, give me a sec. There were no other customers. So I waited for what felt like 5 minutes but while they talked amongst themselves nobody else offered to take my order.....I just walked out upset that my first time there was a bad experience. I was hungry and my lunchtime is too short to be waiting around for them...
