Subway — Restaurant in Azusa

So I used to go to the subway by citrus crossing, owned by the same person. They closed it down permanently. So I went to this one. Not only were no breads made up, with only 2 or 3 to choose from, and even then there was only about 12 loaves in total. So, a bit frustrated but hey, it happens. Ordered 2 foot longs. Asked for pickles... the server(s), since I noticed they all do it, even the manager that was helping, placed 6 pickles across my foot long and asked what else I would like. Between my husband and I ordering, the bare minimum was placed on both if our sandwiches. BARE minimum. Was rushed through, almost didn't get the bread I opted for from what they had because the lady was insistent I wanted wheat. So much so, she was going to start making my sandwich on it while I was telling her no wheat. Absolutely went down, I dont know what the owner was thinking closing the other, the better of the two, but, wont be coming back again. Will be going to one in glendora, lost my business...

This place used to have friendly employees. However, the recent experience made me not wanting to visit in the near future.

The associates here are not as willing to take survey coupons, despite the fact that they are a participating store.

Today one even told me "These can be used once a month, not everyday! But I'll give it to you this time. What a joke: the vast majority of businesses welcome and sincerely wish that the customers do the surveys, and yet they have this kind of attitude? Also, I don't go to Subway and use it EVERYDAY OK? Besides, how much are the drinks nowadays with promotion? $1.

Today's experience easily gives them 1-star, yet I am rating them comprehensively and objectively with my combined experiences. I hope the owner and/or manager sees this and make corresponding improvements; because as consumers we deserve to be treated respectfully; otherwise, there's plenty of choices elsewhere! Never really liked the service here, just went here recently and the employee who helped me was kind of frustrated with my friend when she didn't know what she wanted and when I was checking out she just tossed my sandwich on the counter, then when I asked for a courtesy water and she took my sandwhich out my bag and put the stuff on a tray (when I had told her my order was to go in the first place) don't think I will...
