I will never visit this location again. I absolutely hated every aspect of my experience today. I have ordered from here in the past and had problems as well. I ordered ahead and they didn't have a new seasonal smoothie that I ordered from the app. First of all, I wish I would have been called immediately to let me know instead of waiting until I arrived. I order ahead because I didn't want to wait or interact with people. Second, I was informed that I could only order a replacement from a list of smoothies that were the same price as the one I ordered. The problem is that I don't like any of those smoothies. I offered to pay the difference or they could issue a refund for my smoothie. Meanwhile, this poor man on his work break had been waiting for his smoothie for over 15 minutes. She finally figured out how to charge me the difference after a few minutes. I watched her flail with two other customers while I was waiting for my order. It was painful to watch. One customer wanted to pay cash, and the employee kept insisting that she order through the app. Finally, my smoothie was disgusting. Employee Attitude: I observed instances of less-than-welcoming attitudes from some employees, which impacted the overall customer experience. Air Conditioning: The absence of air conditioning made the environment less comfortable than anticipated. I suggest ensuring a suitable temperature inside the building. Quality of Product: The pineapple in my order had an unpleasant taste, falling short of the usual quality I associate with Nekter Juice Bar.

We tried to explain about customer relations, and Kris, the employee, said the guy who was working the register "he doesn't know anything... "Talk to me." She was rude and preceded to say, "You're not my father." Then we asked for a manager, and she wouldn't comply also saying "what does this have to do with a manager. " The only time she was helpful was when she tried to call the manager to ask for help to redeem the QR code. Aside from that, she was very rude and said, "We weren't the only customers."
