Would not recommend at all. This place is clearly not concerned with quality customer service. We placed a to-go order last night at 3:00PM for a 4:30PM pick-up. We had a large order (over $80) so we made sure they read everything back to us to make sure everything was correct. An item we ordered was an Asian Salad from their Fall/Winter Specials that is clearly on THEIR website (not a third party site like Yelp or something...). When we arrived at 4:30 for our order it was not ready. We had to wait until 5:05 to get it. After driving another 20 minutes home, we discovered that the Asian Salad we ordered was the completely wrong salad (not even close to what was ordered). We tried calling them for over 25 minutes to let them know about the mistake but the phone was continually busy. (By this time, everyone else in the group had eaten their food). When we finally got through, the woman who answered told us she was too busy to take our call and would have to call us back later. A little crazy for a $11 salad mixup, but ok. Finally over an hour later she called us back to tell us that she is “just a cashier” and it’s only her and the cook there that night and that we would have to call back tomorrow to speak with the day manager about our issue. All we were asking for was a refund for the incorrect salad which couldn’t be eaten (the person who’s food it was has specific dietary restrictions, so it’s not something that they could easily just eat something different from). So finally today we called back to speak with the day manager (again, ridiculous to have to be going through this over an $11 salad...). When we spoke to the day manager, Stacy, she was EXTREMELY rude and snotty on the phone. She first tried to claim that they didn’t have an Asian salad on the menu. When we told her step by step directions of where to find the item on THEIR website, she said she can’t be held responsible for what other websites post of their menu. We again told her it wasn’t another site, it was their own website! Then she told us that their policy is to remake any wrong orders. This option was not presented to us last night, and even if it had been, by the time the cashier felt she could be bothered enough to call us back, it was hours after we should have had the correct food. Stacy would not budge and said that is their policy. What HORRIBLE customer service! My family will NEVER be back to this establishment and the owners should be ashamed to have such rude and untrained staff (since their day manager doesn’t even know their own menu). Read moreAlmost $14 for a bland burger they can’t cook right. The past few times I ordered the Black and Bleu burger it’s been pretty underwhelming. I ordered it medium rare and it’s medium well and dry as a bone. Not even close guys, get someone on the grill who knows what they’re doing. Nowhere near enough bleu cheese and literally a small squirt of the balsamic reduction, can’t even taste it.
Also, not sure what the deal is but I never get the pickle the (paper) menu says I should get. My girlfriends grilled cheese should have come with chips and a pickle as well, but didn’t. Whenever I place an order things are always wrong. Who is checking? Countless times I’ve ordered fried mushrooms and more often than not the ranch dip is missing, which is annoying because that ranch is fantastic.

THEY DONT HAVE A COMPETENT MECHANIC AT ALL. JUST ONE MAN AND HIS SON WORKING FOR THEM. THEY BEG CUSTOMERS FOR FOOD THAT IS THE HEIGHTS OF BEEN IDLE BECAUSE NOBODY COMES TO THEM BASE ON THEIR TERRIBLE EXPERIENCED. THEY COLLECTED $600 FROM ME FOR 1 AIR BAG REPLACEMENT AND SCANNING. .THE WHOLE TIME WORKED ON MY TRUCK WAS NOT MORE THAN 1 HR AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR 2HRS 47MINS. THE AIRBAG REPLACED IS NOT WORKING FINE THE MECHANIC DID NOT DO IT WELL OR GOT A FAKE ONE. THEY ARE HOSTILE EVEN THE FRONT DESK CASHIER. I BOUGHT FOOD FOR THE MECHANIC BUT STILL ROBBED ME EVENTUALLY.
