McDonald's — Restaurant in Baden

This evening my boyfriend, daughters and I decided to go through the drive through at the new Baden McDonald’s. We waited in line for approximately 25-30 minutes behind a Jeep and two other vehicles. I could describe them but for confidentiality reasons I won’t. In addition, I could tell you what the worker’s at the windows were “carrying” on about in between taking orders and “allegedly” working too. Here’s the thing. I’m not here to be a kill joy but when it’s our turn in line and we’re shoved our drinks and one bag and told to pull forward, but have waited 30 minutes, we’re checking the bag. And, good thing we did. Because, half of the meal was missing and the majority of the meal was already cold. So, my boyfriend pulled to designated parking space and since the bag was thrown at us with no receipt he took the whole untouched bag back into the store with him. He was inside for about 12-15 min. He came back outside with the same bag and without our food that we PAID for!

The very young store manager (name withheld out of respect and privacy because some of us still have class), saw to it that my boyfriend stood and waited another ten minutes when he came inside because she was too busy to help him. She then, when she had time, wanted to see his receipt, which he explained was never given one, but has now waited so long he now just wants his money back for the three medium fries that we are owed because we now still have three very cold meals out in the car we still have to eat! She refused and told him to get his “ass” out of her store!

This is completely UNACCEPTABLE! You have now stolen from us. You now owe me my money back or owe me and my family a meal if not more than one! Three Medium fries to be exact and as a matter a fact the whole damn meals because they were completely ruined by the time we got home. This was the most awful experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I’d think long and hard about who I’d have running and managing my establishment. What a disappointment for...

Was just at the Baden McDonalds today. And did what I do best Made it known that as soon as I use all my coupons that came with my gift cards. I would never eat at a Pa. McDonalds again. Because at 67 years old I refuse to do a workers job for them. I refuse to eat in a digital restaurant. I would have thrown my digital coupons away so no one could use them. However my disowned daughter or neighbors criminal friends stoled them out of my purse. This is why I live in Pa. But spend all my my money in honest Ohio. The people chose cannabis in Ohio. So Ohio made it legal. I volunteer for the Sheriff's department in Ohio. I report criminals they take them down. I would have used my McDonalds coupons in Ohio but can only use them where listed rt. 19 McDonalds refused them but they were listed. While today they waited on me as soon as I got to the register they did something so my paid internet would not work on my tablet. They just put McDonald's free WiFi on no problem I just wanted to write a review. However I couldn't even open my emails to read or write a review. No problem I turned off all wifi played games & took videos of the inside restaurant. Folks if you have small children drive to the McDonalds on rt. 228 Mars they have a indoor children's playground. Totally enclosed with all windows & tables. Baden has papers to color only. I have yet to see anyone use it. Oh wait this is brainwashed Pa. residents. No one eats in McDonalds & the few that do stay for hours on there laptop's which is fine because they placed there order on the board.

Have come here a few times and there’s always issues. Weather the shake machine is broken everyday of the week or the wait in line takes 20+ minutes. I came here on 4/15/21 to grab a quick meal around 9PM Waited in line for ages, get the the window and the girl tells us that she gave our food to the guy in front of us. Tells us to go wait in one of the drive thru spots. After about another 10 minutes our food finally comes out. We leave after checking to make sure it was our food. All good. Get home and start eating and my wife’s quarter pounder was literally dripping with blood it was so raw. I call in and tell them what happened and all they could say was “do you want a replacement or do you want me to just put it in the books” Me being nice I just asked for a replacement and drove the 5minutes down the road to get another burger. After getting home, I find out this burger is RAW too. Same way, dripping blood, pink insides, and barley cooked on the outside.

I DO NOT recommend going to this McDonalds. One of the worst I have ever been to. They don’t care about messing up, don’t care if you wait 30+ minutes, and the management seems to...
