We were craving some good Indian cuisine and Blu Basil absolutely nailed it!! Everything was so so delicious. The atmosphere was very relaxing, perfect for date night. The staff were very friendly and attentive.
For appetizer we got the assorted veggie platter, which came out super fast & had 2 yummy sauces (one a bit spicy, the other was sweet) it was all very good. We also got the chicken samosa & chicken stuffed naan (those were both part of the tasting table)
For dinner we got the $45 chefs choice non-vegetarian tasting table. There were three different entrees for us to try, the chef chose for us the lamb Shahi korma, chicken tikka masala, and shrimp curry. We chose a medium-hot level, which wasn’t too spicy at all. All of it was very delicious, next time we will be trying hotter as we love a good spice, just didn’t want to over-do it seeing as this was our first visit.
Overall I was very impressed and will absolutely be returning. If you are craving good Indian food or maybe you just want to try something different, I highly recommend Blu Basil...

( I had sampled it at other restaurants on their buffets. ) On impulse, I thought that I would try the Palak Paneer on our first visit. It was sooooo good. I fell in love. The blend of spices is spectacular. The delicious garlic Naan was nice and thin with real minced garlic. The Chai was HOT. It took a while to cool off, so order it early. My husband thinks that rave reviews are shills. NOT this one! As soon as you open the door to this restaurant, the aromatics rush out to greet you, setting your mood and taste buds for a wonderful dining experience. Ps: It's not good for large groups. It's a small, intimate dining experience for 1 to 5 or possibly 6 people. Actually, I think 1 to 4 is more comfortable. I recommend: to miss the crowd, ...
