Pulp Juice and Smoothie Bar — Restaurant in Bainbridge Township

Picked up a few Protein Packer smoothies. We have always enjoyed their product and never had issues until this time. The person who received the 2nd was at a different location and I, yet at another location. Within about 2 hours after consuming, I started to feel awful. Stomach heavy, slight headache, nauseous - just not okay. Later I found the recipient of the 2nd smoothie, as well had complaints they also did not feel okay the rest of their day. Later early evening the stomach cramps started, nausea then vomiting then off and on the camod, into the wee hours. Not sure what changed from great experiences to won't go back. We usually travel to other area Pulps before choosing this one because this location is stingy with the açaí in their bowls. (Very small scoops. And, whereas we usually get three scoops at other places since we omit the granola and bananas, they insist on only two.) Plus the sign they have up about not remaking a smoothie if you don’t like it goes to show that they are not customer focused. This franchise needs a little lesson in customer service and empowering their employees to make decisions.
