Ellianos Bainbridge — Restaurant in Bainbridge

I had a 5 star rating for this place. I used to love it. Now I hate going by there. I used to be happy to buy 2 or 3 coffees a day from here but now it sucks. The people are super slow. Waited 30 minutes for one cup of coffee because the worker wanted to sit and talk with a customer that already got their coffee. Another worker smacks her lips every other word. I've sat at the window and watched the employees talking and laughing instead of making coffees. Ended up being late for work that day cause of how long it took to finally get my coffee and them to finish their conversation. They constantly get my coffee wrong. Either forget the extra shot or add whip after I say no whip. The workers they used to have were great but the ones they hired the last few months are just horrible. Sophie, Audrey, Hunter, and the white guy that wears a hat and always gives up the card thing to leave a tip are their best workers. If they're not there it's not worth stopping unless you have 30 minutes to an hour to waste, even if you're the only customer in line. I won't be going...

Two stars for the good service and overall good atmosphere, however the coffees were really bad, as well as the smoothies. My wife ordered a Tuscany Toffee and all she tasted was syrup, on top of the fact that the coffee wasn’t hot at all. I ordered what was suppose to be a Pumpkin Spice Latte with an extra shot of espresso, but they used the wrong syrup and forgot the extra shot. Also coffee tasted cold.

For the kids, we got them 2 strawberry smoothies that tasted like pure sugar. It’s a shame because we were really excited after seeing the aesthetics of the cafe and the utilization of a double drive thru. It also didn’t help that we searched for a coffee place and this was the only one that popped up within 20 miles, which means they have no competition and no real need to improve their product. I originally went on opening weekend and ordered a bacon/egg croissant. I was specific that I did not want cheese. Pulled away as I didn’t want to hold up the line and sure enough, got cheese. Did not get my receipt as I thought to check to see how it was rung up. Went today and was specific about my coffee. Asked for extra/extra Splenda and Cream as I like my coffee sweet and light. I just heated it up as it was only warm when I got it and it’s terrible. It tastes old and is not sweet at all. Was excited to have an Ellianos as I am a Dunkin’ girl and thought this would be an acceptable substitution as I’m not a fan of Starbucks. BTW my friend ordered a Freezer and the straw she was given won’t even reach the top of the lid! The girl was nice but I would have liked to have enjoyed what I ordered.
