I went to subway today with my family and received fair service until I informed Tiffany Smith that my cookies was hard! It was actually my first time eating there however I got cookies from there several times and never had any problems. So when I spoke to Tiffany she stated "because I touched them she couldn't replace them" I went to explain that the cookies were hard and I simply wanted softer cookies... she told me no and walked away from me to help another customer! She had the audacity to even talk about me in front of my face with another customer... I never raised my voice but I requested to speak to a supervisor. She went to the back to call her supervisor and when she returned stated that Sharee' ( the manager) stated that she will contact the owner.... to make matters worst she went and got Wal-Mart security! And the security understood complete what I was saying and thought it was crazy to even come get him. I walked out with hard cookies and wasted my money! I'm very displeased with the service and attitude of Tiffany Smith...

Read moreUpon entering, I wasn’t greeted, which I understood as both employees were helping another customer. However, the employee who eventually took my order was noticeably cold and disinterested—not friendly or welcoming.
I ordered the Meal of the Day (Cold Cut Combo) and asked to make it a Deluxe. She made the sandwich without issue. At the register, the second employee asked what I had, and the sandwich maker said “Cold Cut Deluxe—well, Double Meat.” When the cashier looked confused, she repeated “Deluxe.” I also clarified I was ordering the Meal of the Day.
The total came to about $9.96, which was unusually high. I asked about the price and was told I was being charged for Double Meat. I explained I had only asked for Deluxe. The manager insisted there’s no way to make a Cold Cut Deluxe, which is inaccurate. I’ve ordered it many times before, and the Deluxe is a standard option online.

Read moreThe service is fine and as expected in any Subway store. We come in here regularly. We have ocasionally experienced them being out of certain things. We have also been served hard cookies. Today as we were leaving one of the employees got into an altercation with someone in the parking lot. She proceeded to use all manner of foul language and curse words in front of my young children. When she noticed them staring wode eyed at her she continued, unapologetically. She was also blaming customers for her inconvenience. It is sad that this is what service has came to these days.
