Pre-ordered and prepaid online for a drive through pickup. Used a "I'm 5 minutes out" button so that they would start my order prior to my arrival so that it would be ready when we got there. It took 15 minutes after arrival to receive my food.
Got there, went through the drive through, and they refused to serve us in the drive through. They told us we would have to come inside to pick up our food. If there had been a way to cancel the order at this point, I would have, as it was me and two children. Since I had already prepaid, this was not an option. So I sucked it up and went inside for the food. The team was loudly talking smack about the "door dash order" (me... but it wasn't a Doordash order... just an online order..) It took nearly 5 minutes for me to be acknowledged while I was standing at the desk.
Every employee was wearing a mask... incorrectly. Every single employee was wearing their mask below their nose. Not a single employee had their mask on correctly.
The drink machine in the lobby was out of dr. Pepper so I asked the cashier if she would fill it up behind the counter. Please note I was the only one inside, so I was not interrupting anything. I was told no. So whatever, got a different drink and left.
Every order was wrong. Not a single order was correct. As we had ordered online, it should have been easier to ensure that the order was correct because there was no "lost in translation" over the speaker.
We will not be back. Not a good experience. Apparently I was a giant...

Also ordered plain chicken sandwich with mustard only. It came plain with nothing and could see where they took the Mayo and tomato off of it. New onion rings NASTY 🤢🤢🤢. I see why they ask you to pull forward away from window even when no one else is in line because they walk out throw you your bags and walk off before you look inside bag. Exact reason why I hate fast-food restaurants and drive through windows. They just give you what they want to get rid of it. What happened to making stuff fresh? Just plain sorry and nasty!!!! My wife also got the chicken sandwich combo and it looked and tasted like it was made last week. Fries were cold and hard. Just total waste of money and...
Read moreWe took our service dog in on 7/15/22 at 6:24 pm. There were 2 women behind the counter. Before we made it to the counter the older woman said, “You can’t have that dog in HERE!” My wife told her that she is her service dog and pointed at her vest. The lady just kept saying that the dog can’t be in there. My wife tried to show her her service vest and that we had been in there many times before. She was rude and her tone was aggressive.
My wife told the employee outside on break, nice young man by the way, about what happened and he said that he was sorry.
We will never go back! And, actually it’s against the law to inquire about a service dog.
