Burger King — Restaurant in Bainbridge

My family and I went to Burger King around 6:50pm on Thursday the 16th. After ordering we picked the cleanest out of all the tables because literally every single table and booth were filthy with trash, food crumbs, and were sticky from spilled soda or had rings on the table from previous customers. We sat down at a booth and were waiting for our food when the manager sends a female employee home for not taking orders. The one who was sent home decided it would be a good idea to come and sit at the next table over frome me, my 8 and 11 yr old kids, and my mom. She called a different manager who wasn't on shift and proceeded to SCREAM at the manager on the phone while simultaneously arguing and cussing at the manager that was working. The was the absolute worst restaurant experience that I've ever experienced in 40 yrs on this earth. I DO NOT RECCOMEND EVER GOING TO THIS...

The owner really needs to send fake customers here to see the truth. It needs to be shut down. Twice I tried going through the drive thru but no one ever took it over the speaker. I literally just sat there waiting like a fool. One day I pulled up and 2 people were outside with the headsets on and I was at the speaker for 5 minutes, they went in and I said “okay maybe they’ll take my order” no I waited another 5 minutes then I left. Once I pulled behind a car who was at the speaker for so long it appeared they were there to deter customers. See whenever someone is paid by salary and not commission, that person doesn’t care if they sell food or not, they will get a check. It’s like most days the drive thru is not a part of the business. It is something weird with the service there. These people who gave 5 stars are FOS because there is no way this is the same...

Ordered 2 #1 meals 1 with cheese 1 without cheese and onion, 1 enlarged 1 not with onion rings and side of mozzarella fries. Total 27.94. Gave 100 dollar bill. Night shift manager Valencia Price had to be called to give change. She came up with an attitude saying, don't take no higher than a 20., I am tired of having to stop what I am doing to come break money. She left still griping. I asked for hee name she and her sister who was on my side of the counter told me. Then we got our drinks, while we could here them fussing about being short if help and our order.
