Toole's Cakes & Deli — Restaurant in Bainbridge

I ordered a cake from them and provided a picture of what I wanted. Once ordered I was told I had to pay the full price upfront. I noticed when I picked up the cake that the design was smaller than the picture but the service was friendly so I followed through with keeping the cake. BIG MISTAKE! The cake tasted so bland that nobody liked it. I made a complaint about the cake and the owner didn't want to give me a partial refund. I was even willing to return the cake over 90% of the cake was left....

Our art group ordered lunch at Toole's last week. We had several sandwich orders. The staff was friendly and handled our orders in a timely manner. We also picked up an adorable "bunny" cake for a friend's birthday. The sandwiches and cake were enjoyed by all. I will be back in. I hope others will give Toole's Cakes and Deli a try. Great bakery:) Their custom cakes are worth it. Rebecca is an artist. If you want a professional, custom cake for your event she is the one you go to in Bainbridge. PERIOD. It will be the perfect color, and delicious. We never worry abt the cake. It is always taken care of and all we hv to do it pick it up :) Looks amazing on the party...
