Bryce's Tropical Sno — Restaurant in Baker

First & last time trying this spot. First I thought this was a SnoBiz spot…..it’s not. They don’t have any “sour” flavors (i.e. sour grape). But it was shaved ice and black owned so I thought I would give it a shot. Ordered three mediums. The flavors that they were saying while passing our snowballs out of the window were not the flavors we were tasting….and some of them didn’t “look” right. So we walk back to the window and that’s when they say “oh, we write the flavors on the side of the cup”. Well no one said that before and what u actually told us they were and the flavors u had written on the cups were two different things, thus had us eating someone’s snowball. And since we don’t do the double dip thing, we ended up throwing them away. I think it was the attitude behind the window that sealed the deal for me, like it was our fault that we were misinformed even though they provided the misinformation. Not spending...

BTS is at the tip-top of my Sno-ball stands. I’ve tried many snowballs and the Summer Breeze I get, is by far unmatched! The cheese used on the nachos is amazing, and don’t fool around and get Doritos in the place of the nacho chips because that’s a game changer in real life. The owner, who’s a young back man, and a cousin of mine is one to be proud of. Oh, and for those who will read this and think, this is a good review because we’re family, that’s definitely not the case. I’m fair and if there was an issue, I would constructively critique privately and CONGRATULATE publicly. I’m so glad I found this place!! It’s a hidden gem in Baker. The service was amazing - very friendly, polite, with honest recommendations.

I loved the snoball cups; they prevented me from spilling everything 😂😂

The nachos were hot and fresh.

Everything was priced appropriately.

Last but certainly not least… The snoball. It’s the BEST I’ve had so far… hands down. I tried the strawberry shortcake… omg I’m still drooling. 🤤
