I placed an order through the BK app at the white lane location. My intention was to go and dine in when I got there. When I arrived at 845 PM I walked to the doors and it was locked a girl with lackluster red hair was mopping inside and mouthed go through the drive thru. I looked at their dine in hours and it said they closed at 1000 PM, so that was weird they were closed before 900 PM. When I pulled up there were 2 cars in front of me. The girl said can you please wait, I said ok. I waited about 5 mins with no communication from them, so I checked in and said hello twice. The girl on the speaker yelled "PATIENCE!!!! MAAAAM!!! THERES ONLY ONE WORKER HERE!!!!!!" Literally yelling at me for no reasons, I was kinda of thrown off because that was extremely rude. There was literally one car at this point at the window of the drive thru. When that car left and there was no one about a minute went by and someone finally said how can I help you. I said I'm just here to pick up an order, she asked for the name I told her and she said pull forward. It was a different girl I could tell than the one that yelled at me because of her voice, but this one did not speak to me when she opened the window. I asked her who was the one that yelled at me and she said that was my manager and I said well what is her name and she said Tiff. Handed me my sodas and bag, did not ask if I needed anything else or say thank you or anything at all. No customer service skills what so ever, she just shut the window and walked away. I checked the bag there was no ketchup. So I was waiting for someone to come back. I seen like 3 workers unlike what the manager said that there was only 1. There was like 2 cars behind me, the workers passed by multiple times and you could tell they were purposely ignoring me. 10 mins passed before the red headed manager came to the window she automatically said in a very rude tone "Can you move you car" so that told me they knew I was there waiting for some help, purposely ignored me/walked away. I said "I just need some ketchup, the other girl didn't ask and I didn't get a chance to ask before she slammed the window shut and walked away." She said "oh we don't have any I guess that's why she didn't give you any." I said "you guys don't have any ketchup at all in the whole store?" She said "nope." I was like wow ok then, and I said what is your name, she said it was Tiffany. I was like ok and drove away. They were so beyond rude and their behavior was disgusting and shameful. If you hate your job, I'm sorry but no one is gonna come save you, the world doesn't care if you don't like your job, but you can't take it out on customers. I've worked in food as well in the past, before starting my career, and I would never ever say to a customer "we only have one worker", you NEVER tell customers you're understaffed that is extremely unprofessional, and honestly not the customers problem, and as a fast food restaurant looks bad on Burger King as a company. That manager needs to be slapped for that disgusting ghetto attitude she has. I had a long day myself, but you don't see me crying to her telling her we were understaffed as well and treat her like cr*p too. No we can't act like that in the medical field, we would get fired for behavior like that. Tiffany needs to be fired because she's making that location look ghetto and unprofessional. When you're having a bad day and you have to go to work, you leave that at the door, but obviously she doesn't know anything about professionalism and it truly reflects in her lack of customer service skills. I won't be going back to this location which I'm sure they don't care about, but that's probably why some people stray from certain locations because of people like that pathetic sorry excuse of a "manager." If I was the GM of that location, I would get rid of her and give that position to someone who actually needs it and would be humble about it. Read moreFirst of all I want to thank you for giving me the opportunity to share my opinion are you location as Burger King on White Lane well honestly I have a 5 year old little girl she loves to play at a park in different places but this is my 4th 5th and I take her to that special location at Burger King because she feels like your home and a little safe place where she could play and also eat and I feel as a parent very fortunate to have a place like this close to my place because I feel comfortable and also very peaceful seeing my child playing at your playground and also the service is very excellent we love to go there only have one suggestion for you because I saw other places another playgrounds let's play they're very dirty and they're very unsanitized so I have one suggestion please keep the place sanitize and safe for children I will surely recommend it to my friends and neighbors because that's where I go usually every other weekend to take my little girl to have fun and enjoy herself and good hamburger just like I do thank you once again for your concern and how we feel about your place well if you can send me some special coupons I loved you take my family also...
Read moreJune 12th 4:30 pm went get dinner chose this location first walking in the manager Amanda didn't greet anybody only the cashier, second we order the 2 meal combo that took 15 min, when I get the burgers it has mustard I'm allergic to mustard so I ask my wife if she can c if they can change it to a different sandwich. Manager Amanda said no that's your fault next time ask wat comes on it, laughed and told me I have to deal with the burgers I got. THen started cursing turned her back and said o well. I said I didn't eat or touch them can I atleast have my money back she said no wat em i supposed to do, um give me a different sandwich or my money back. She said no to everything upruptly and disrespectful and didnt care what me or my wife had to say. Meanwhile it was supposed to be a quick stop for food it took almost an hour.
