Tacos La Villa — Restaurant in Bakersfield

I just went through this drive thru on White Ln and the cashier was "short on change" is what she said so she gave me only dollars, my change was supposed to be $5.94 she "shorted" me the whole 94 cents instead of giving me a whole dollar and HER (THE BUSINESS) take the 6 cents loss instead of me taking the whole 94 cents loss.... I understand people (businesses) get short on change and that's totally understandable but tonshort me a whole dollar, imagine how many people she did that too tonight and how much extra money they got. I understand being short on change, and give me back 90 cents instead of 94 cents that's more understandable but a whole dollar is crazy. The customer taking the bigger loss in a situation like this is crazy. I won't go there again just because of this. And I got my receipt, the cashier's name...

The workers are very friendly the location is nice and clean … The problem with this la Villa is the carne , Not cooked right , looks like it’s been out for days , the meat is never cut here you will get long pieces of carne when eating anything here it’s like there lazy to cut the meat … The other locations I’m Bakersfield like the ones on Union the one on Ming and the one in rosedale are the best ones … This one on white lane always is a disaster and the food just doesn’t taste good , i hope you guys decide to upgrade the carne here the meat and everything in general in terms of taste and flavor because it’s always this location that never has it … I love the location and the fact it has a drive threw but y’all need to update the quality and flavor of what...

Got a menudo Saturday morning. Menudo was bearly hot Totillas were so cold one of them ripped in half , absolutely no heat to them or taste to it I asked to heat them up cooks laughed . I asked for my menudo to have grano it had about 5 granos . I ask for grano get a container of it and the grano had liquid straight from the can and fridge because it was cold they couldn’t think of heating it in the microwave at least. I asked for a bowl to share the menudo the lady who worked there didn’t know where they were at she took so long. So by the time I fixed the tortilla issue and the grano issue my menudo was cold and I was mad already. So much for wanting some good menudo. This is definitely not the menudo spot. Lazy people work...
