There full of b.s. I went to them for a car alarm. They half a** talked me in to getting the viper system it took them more than three hours to install. When I finally got my car back. They showed me what all the four buttons where for, like I'm stupid or something. Then I noticed the remote said carb some thing not viper I told the guy they installed the wrong alarm. He tried to tell me the carb on the viper where the same alarm. I told him why did they charge me for the viper which was a hundred dollars more. I told him they need to give me the difference of the two back or install the viper which he sold me. He said they would just install the viper but I had to come back the next day because they where getting ready to close. I had went after I got off work that day so I guess its my fought I thought I would be in an out with everything right. I couldn't make it back the next day because of work. I went three days later but now there was a different guy working an he told me they would not install the viper and told they will uninstall the alarm an give me a refund I said fine. It took them four or five hours to get to my car an when asked about my car they told me they had to deal with paying customers first I will never go...

After 4 attempts/visits and $400, they still couldn't get my sound system right. The first time they didn't check if my other car's functions still worked after their install, windows were disabled and they didn't even check anything. Second time they left a rear speaker unplugged, so I went back in and they ended up installing it backwards. 2 other visits and rear speaker don't sound right, my right tweeter wiring was so faulty that it comes in an out. They continued to say they have 17 years of experience, but maybe experience in doing other things. They kept saying it was my fault for bring in parts from outside their store, but when I first asked if they could do the job, they arrogantly agreed since they had the "most experienced guys in Bakersfield".
