Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Bakersfield

The General Manager was awesome! Friendly, outgoing, she was literally working side by side with all her associates not afraid to get dirty! She's definitely a true leader! Her workers were all clearly happy, Friendly and all ready to help and or greet the customer. The dining area was spotless! I don't understand how this establishment has aa 3.9 rating! I call BULLSHIT! I wrote a book on customer service years ago and this place was spot on! The order was accurate, food was HOT. I'd pay all the money in the world for kind decent customer service! My Son and I got that here.

Thanks to the General Manager for having exemplary customer service skills...,we definitely felt welcomed, will definitely go back!

My pleasure, you cannot come in and experience such an awesome vibe and not say something. Customer service is long long gone away. When I see it I have to say something. We will definitely join the rewards program, and when we come into town from the sticks we will definitely be coming by 9000 MING.

So we haven't been to carls Jr. in many many months, that is because the last few times we had gone they kept messing up our food and the prices got too high to be paying for the wrong food. The last time we went many months ago was almost the last, we repeated the order a few times because the guy sounded high or something and wasn't paying enough attention and giggling and then when we took our food home, we realized we were given 2 of 1 order. We ordered a double western meal and a famous star meal and he gave us 2 double western meals. So we almost decided we were done with going there. But yesterday we decided to give it another shot we literally said there's no way that could happen again...and it DID. Not only did they do that again (and it was the same guy) but in the drive through when we said double western the guy was like double what??? And acted like he had no idea what that was I had to explain what it was and he was like oooooh yea yea. Then when we brought it back to get it corrected he seemed to not understand what the issue was and we had to wait for the other meal leaving the first meal cold. Paid $33 for all that...

I came in to the establishment and it was the greatest experience I have ever experienced before. It is ran like a 5 star restaurant. The general manager deserves the biggest shout loud. She goes side by side with all of her employees and really goes above and beyond. She collected my tray refilled. My drink took my trash from my table and even held the door open for me. I sat back on my 30 minute break. Watching how she ran that store and boy was I impressed. She really ran that store amazing all around the food was hot and fresh. The service was great. And I will 100% be returning. This is the best Carl's Jr. in Bakersfield. Heck, I think this is the...
