I was extremely disappointed with the service I received a few minutes ago. They got my order wrong and when I notified them as the were handing me my drink that I did not want caramel…. The girl who made my drink was offended that I didn’t want the wrong g order. She went on telling me how I should order the drink. I told her my order was clear that there was no caramel in it. They even repeated my order no caramel. She continued to be condescending and made another drink. I was a little in a hurry so I agreed on another drink but I honest don’t like taking any food from anyone give attitude as that reflects on the food. Again… I took it anyway.. my drink was horrible…. She over did it on my strawberry soft top it take yes completely different than this drink should taste.. I’m extremely disappointed as it ruins your experience period. I liked Dutch Bros so much but I think it’s going to be a while before I come here again. Our drinks were too sweet (Blended Annhilator and 9-1-1) and nothing we're going to think about wanting to have again. The service, however, was outstanding. The person that took our order at the drive thru outside was fantastic and the person at the window waiting to give us our drinks was very pleasant. The cost of coffees and drinks are very out of hand nowadays in my opinion. I don't see myself frequenting Dutch Bros because for the price of two ice blended drinks, I can make more than a dozen at home for more than a month. Their rewards program is just okay and isn't generous enough to motivate me to become a frequent patron like other restaurant...

While I was waiting for 2 drinks I ordered through the mobile app. The response was, that if I wanted my drink faster, it would have been better for me to get down to the window to pick up. What kind of ridicoulous answer is that. My suggestion to this Dutch Bro.
