Habit Burger & Grill — Restaurant in Bakersfield

I’ve always loved The Habit Burger, and their Brimhall location continues to deliver with friendly, fast, and courteous staff who make the experience that much better. One of the biggest highlights for me has been their Impossible Burger — a fantastic option for anyone avoiding meat. Recently, I tried their new veggie burger replacement, and ... it was just as satisfying. It was grilled perfectly, holds together well, and the texture and seasoning make it a worthy replacement to the original Impossible patty. That said, ordering it through The Habit’s app is a whole different story. Trying to substitute a veggie patty for a regular one feels like solving a puzzle. The app isn't intuitive, and I found myself going in circles trying to make a simple swap that never happened which made my outing 20 minutes longer than it had to be. Then they didnt answer their phone, so now I have to go inside, wait in line then. Finally, order It’s disappointing because more people might opt for the veggie burger if the process were easier. Hopefully, they update the app soon to make veggie patties substitution possible..get it...?

Yesterday the 25th, my gf and I went to dine at this location. We usually go to the other one down California Ave. all the time. After we ate, 2 burger with fries. We felt different, compared to when we eat at the other location. We were bloated all afternoon, so we thought it was weird since we have eaten burgers form the habit before without problems. This morning we both woke up sick, feeling awful and our stomachs upset. We are not sure it was the burger or the fires, maybe it was the fries. Since we always order our burgers well done. So we think the fries were to blame. They were not cooked fully because they were soggy. Or something in the burger had gone bad. This was the last thing we ate all afternoon. The Habit Burger well known in LA and Orange County has finally come to Bakersfield I was very excited to go visit. On my first visit I found the place very clean and well-stocked. I enjoyed the hamburger very much and I had sweet potato french fries on the side. These were very good. My wife had a lettuce wrapped Burger and a side salad. We were both very impressed with the salad especially as a side salad it had lots of things in it that made it special. The burgers were well broiled and had lots of toppings.
