Taco Bell — Restaurant in Bakersfield

For the past three days I’ve got my tacos not made correctly. Whenever I pull up to the window they never want to talk or make sure things come out okay. They I’ve me the bag and push me out. With the wages they make now standard is key and I will not be telling my neighbors to come here. If they want Taco Bell they can do to the Ming or white lane ones. Better quality and you get to talk to people. This place has great quality but the customer care is honestly one of the worst in Bakersfield. Every time I ask for something it’s either taken off the menu or they can’t. When I lived in Alabama every thought the encharito is not available they always made it for me because it’s common sense how to make it to be honest and this place has told me no for that then kk for the double deckers and then guess what??! The drive thru employees are very rude. I purchased my food and the first employee (a black female) gave me the wrong order and I tell her "this isnt the correct order". She said "its what you ordered" and I said I didn't order 3 burritos. I ordered the 2 taco combo. So she goes back and get right order and basically throws the bag at me. I then asked for some extra mild sauce. She told me "no, you only get one sauce per item." I said I never heard of that before and she said "well I dont think you need any more. You should watch what you eat." . I yell "are you calling me fat?" and she laughs. The other employee then comes to the window and says "are you yelling at her?" An automated voice takes my order and after confirming the order on the screen, the employee hands the bag out without even checking to see if everything is in the bag. For $20 and above now for fast food this is ridiculous. I have had this specific taco bell 3 different times and the food is wet, and the drinks either have no carbonation or no flavor.
