Customer service is lacking, displayed menu prices are different from what they actually charge you.

Came in to order a black milk tea and strawberry snow. Price on their displayed menu showed $5.75 for Assam black milk tea and $7.00 for the strawberry snow. When the cashier rang me up I was being charged $6.00 for the Assam black milk tea and $7.50 for the strawberry snow. I asked about the price difference and was initially told by both the young female worker and young male worker that they didn't know why there was a difference in price, then they said the prices on the menu were “probably old”. When I asked if they could honor the displayed menu prices, they flatly said no. They advised they could not change the prices in their register, but the young male said he would let his manager know so they could change the displayed prices. They had no motivation to initiate any attempt to rectify the problem at present. So I asked if they could contact the manager to ask if they could honor the displayed menu prices and the male employee mumbled to me, "Yeah but we have drinks to make first." The female employee subsequently texted one of their managers, Christine. After a handful of minutes there had been no response, nor any attempt to actually make a phone call to said manager or any other manager, about the issue. I didn't want to waste any more of my time there and now had a bad taste in my mouth about the whole experience so I left and went elsewhere.

Would not recommend this place. Bad business practices or at the very least...

Quick Summary It's great that they're bringing in these new chains into this plaza (although didn't realize they've opened since November). the drinks were spectacula

Drinks- 5 stars I ordered the taro milk tea with panda bears (half crystal half regular boba) at 30% sweetness. Just the right amount of sweetness for me. Tasted fantastic. My girlfriend ordered the passionfruit tea, which was very refreshing and balanced as well

Service- 5 stars Excellent service throughout. Drinks were done in about 5 minutes. Ordering process was quick and easy. The shop was nicely decorated and comfortable

Very disappointed and grossed out by my visit tonight. The cashier did not greet me. Only told me my total. Then I noticed the girl making the drinks had long acrylic nails and no gloves on, scooping the ice. Another girl was waiting for the drink to put the lid on it. She kept scratching her head and touching her face and then touching a towel she was holding. She used that towel to wipe down the drink before handing it to me.
