I wish they had a better selection. Not sure how they came up with "largest inventory." There's room for improvement. And instead of receiving good customer service I was given a sales pitch. Thank goodness for all the previous times I've been here and had great customer service to know that's not the usual approach. I didn't like it. He didn't ask what my needs where. He just went straight to.the most expensive item in the catergory. When I chose one less expensive he told me that was the "economy brand." And suggested that it wouldn't work. I can't believe I haven't reviewed J&E's in the past thirteen years I've been shopping there! As a retired Corp. Food/Bev owner I tend to buy my home kitchen supplies from my Vendors rather than a Target, Walmart, etc.
