Los Tacos De Huicho — Restaurant in Bakersfield

I recently visited this restaurant and ordered a burrito with two types of meat and a breakfast sandwich to go. When I got to my destination and started eating the burrito, I discovered that only one type of meat was included, despite being charged nearly $6 for the second meat I didn’t receive. I called the restaurant to let them know, but the lady on the phone insisted they put both meats in the burrito, even though I was clearly eating one with only one meat. She wasn’t very polite about the mistake, and when I explained I was miles away, she told me to bring the burrito back, which was unreasonable.

To make matters worse, while waiting for my order, I saw another customer order a shrimp and meat burrito for $17.01. He changed his mind to just an al pastor burrito, which costs $11.99, but they still charged him as if he had ordered two types of meat. This made me question their honesty and fairness with pricing. In the end, I paid $34 for a burrito and a torta, which felt very overpriced for what I received.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Be cautious with your orders, as their service and pricing seem inconsistent and questionable.

Food was very salty, the guy taking our order was very rude not paying attention to what we were saying. He only payed attention to the people that looked like they had “money”. Ordered 30+ dollars of food. Specifically asked this man that we wanted NO MEAT in the Nachos because my brother can not digest meat and also asked for the Nachos TO GO. My mom went to go ask for 3 little cups for condiments and only got one?!. My flautas were good but the red salsa was salty, the rice and beans were salty, asked for a box to go for the nachos and he gave us a plastic bag and a paper tie, which is ridiculous because your food will be soggy by the time you go home and be a mess didn’t even take it home left everything in the restaurant, bad customer service over all. This place disspointed me when today took my dad first time ever taking him ok but I had been going to this place since way back 08” and had recently stopped going want to say a good year maybe but I said let me give it another try..so I order tacos de barbacoa and cabeza and uno de tripa my dad a burrito de asada and my kids tacos de lengua and rice and beans and fried segun fries. 😠😤🤢🤮total was like 74 dollars k. ORDER READY TACOS ARE COLD !!EVERYONE OLDER IS COLD AND ONE OF THE TACOS THE BARBACOA ONES SMELLED BAD AND WORST I STILL GAVE IT THE BENEFIT OF DOUBT AND WAS BAD MISTAKE I THREW UP AN 1HR LATER AND HAVE THE RUNS food poisoning this place should be closed !!!!
