I'm like a food critic, and I came from Alaska, and I came to this place from a Local Person who recommended this place. I have massive high-quality taste buds for food and more on the menu to try out. The Bacon Double Smash Jack Combo and they Jumbo Egg Rolls are by far the best I've tried in Bakersfield so far since I've been here for about several month, and the customer service(Jiorge) is well mannered and helpful with a warm smile greeting, I'm a BIG fan of bacon and sauce flavor, and the Burger tasted just like eating it homemade or at a backyard bbq hangout as it should taste and unique sauce flavor that I really enjoyed with the fresh drop curly fries, and the beverage was refreshing. Overall very fulfilling due to the massive portions👍, so what I tried so far was a perfect massive portions for the right price to have a happy belly of enjoyment. If you wanna enjoy they food indoors or your in a rush on the Go, then park and come inside or walk here or drive and enjoy the amazing atmosphere they have and the clean environment while dining in or drive through. They also have condiments to get or ask for. I highly recommend them for when you're hungry or family dine in or if you're in a hurry. Wonderful experience here and I'll be for be sure coming back for more and other food to try out on the menu. Keep up the good work, everyone, and the cooks in the back, everyone deserves a raise and a couple of business shirt uniforms and hats and name tag badges....

I live around the corner from this location and I often order the 7-piece stuffed jalapenos. I ordered the stuffed jalapenos today Wednesday 06/01/2022 between 2:45 and 3:00 p.m. The pieces looked like leftovers with some pieces being a burnt shell of a jalapeno with no cheese, other ones just some burnt cheese and one piece just crusty batter. When I got home and looked at those, I looked for my receipt to get the exact time to send them a complaint, but I noticed that I did not even get a receipt back with my credit card and it was not in the bag. In addition to the bad experience of getting food that I could not eat, I first ordered a shake and was informed that they were not serving shakes. There should be a sign out on the drive-thru saying that they do not have those items.

On another occasion, I was informed at the drive-thru that they were only accepting cash. I had cars behind me and had to sit and wait in the car until the three cars in front of me were served. Same thing happened to the car behind me. Not everyone carries cash nowadays.

Back to the jalapeños, really bad experience, as I am sure they looked had the jalapeños when they packed them and decided to serve them out anyway! My order consisted of 7-piece jalapeños, large iced coffee and two...

I went through the drive thru and ordered an ultimate cheeseburger and paid $9.30 for the burger. I’ve had it before and I know how it looks. When I got home and open the box I see a burger which is comparable to a kids Cheeseburger. I get in the car and drive back over. The manager comes over after making me wait for a bit. I explain to her, she opens the box, sees that it is a regular cheese burger, goes to the worker and tells her this is not an ultimate cheeseburger. I wait there for additional 10-15 mins. During that time, another customer comes in telling her that she gave him the wrong order so she apologized, told him to keep both orders. Finally, she brings my sandwich to me, no apology and didn’t try to make it right for driving back or the inconvenience.
