There was only one person sitting there with her own head phones on. But the people were sitting outside I'm sure because of that. Than I requested for blonde coffee and it was so bad and super strong that I went back to the Counter twice to ask and have it watered down. It was very disappointing to be at this place and especially sitting outside on a cold day to avoid the extremely load noise. I don't know what else to say for the owner to realize that his staff needs some talking too. I have to say that the server tried to turn the music down and to change the way she made the coffee but I'm sorry the service needs to be looked at. Despite the store being completely empty, she would repeatedly say, āIāll be with you,ā in a dismissive tone, and her expression was unwelcoming and borderline hostile. On a separate day, the same cashier didnāt even greet us (like always) and instead said, āIāll be with you, Iām training this new person!ā I couldnāt help but think, wow, what could this new hire possibly learn from someone so unprofessional and rude?
