Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Bakersfield

The staff was somewhat friendly, but had no customer service skills or any idea of what it means to be socially correct. I had ordered a sour dough jack meal and a specialty hamburger to go and the lady at the cash register was friendly and knowledgeable enough for the order. She said "they do not come like that but, I will take care of it, don't worry". So i didn't worry. I payed for the order and waited patiently. They call my number and I grab my food and leave, not worrying because she said she would take care of it. Well that was my first mistake, i got home and low and behold... The first meal was there but not the specialty burger that I ordered. I was a little aggravated at this but knew that things happen and sometimes we space things as humans. So i called the jack and the box i had just left and when the phone was answered, from what i would guess, by the manager, i overheard the crew in the background using completly foul language for working in a pubilic resturant. As well as while talking to the mananger she was also having a second conversation with someone else that didnt seem to pertain to the issue at hand. During the middle of the conversation she let off a scream as if something had happened that startled her. And yelled at the foul mouthed emplyee "shut up! I'm on the phone. watch your mouth". Well at this point she told me that i had seven days to come pick up my burger. I told her "I will be down to get it in five minutes". I should have just waited... Well i get back to the resturant, and am greeted by a different clerk with "what did you need sir?" I explained i had talked to the manager and was told to come get my burger. She said "oh yea someone will be with you." I said ok and waited, and waited, and waited. By this time three orders had been taken and still no one came to talk to me. Finally after about 15 minutes of waiting the clerk that origanlly took my order came out of the bathroom with a phone in hand... And says oh hi your the one with the double sour dough right? I said yes. She replied with "yeah i took your order and i.only charged you for the one double soirdough jack meal. I explaied i only got the single. She then said "ok dont worry." I said are you sure this time lol. About five minutes later my burger was done i made it home and finally got to eat an hour after ordering the first time. So i would not give this paticular crew a five...

Ordered my food and it was cold but not as cold as the service I recieved from Maria if she's the store manager . She's the Hispanic lady about 5'3 with redish glasses hair tied back .She's unpleasant and unprofessional. She's always give me an attitude everytime I see her. I witness her literary laugh at someone before when they tired paying with a ebt and it's intimidating seeing her there cause 90 percent of the time when she's there I don't want to walk in because she will suck the last of your dignity out. I know it's a review and I my sound like a bitter customer but I know what's rite and I know what's wrong and she's simply wreckless with her attitude. Sad part is that she's training people and we don't need more people there with her attitude. We living in hard times and need more compassion and professionalism from employees who represent these major fast food chains. Please put the jack back in the box. I'm only leaving this review because I mustard the courage to raise awareness but I don't ever plan to come back . This probably happens to a million people throughout the 2200 stores nationwide a year and jack but if you do the math tacos $1.63 tax include may vary state to state you're losing 1,630,000 dollars a year from customers turning there backs on the places that don't treat there...

I ordered just two tacos and they were slammed with a line at the drive thru with like 30 cars and inside they had a bunch of customers from uber eats and postmates and what not and the postmates order wasn't showing up on there screen and they were trying to solve that while being crazy busy at the same time so yeah of course my order was taking a while even tho it was just two tacos and they cashier woman noticed me and my smug look on my face waiting for my food and she and she finished the order she was taking and ran back to the kitchen and grabbed two tacos for me and then told the rest of the kitchen that she already did the two tacos order and to take it off the screen as finished. That means it still wasn't my orders turn to get ready. To me that was completely rad of the cashier woman to do that for me. So I give 5...
