On Monday, January 11, 2021, I went to the Starbucks on 6600 Colony St.,Bakersfield, CA 93307 and had a very poor experience. I was picking up an order for coffees. When I arrived to this place it was about 10:45pm, so the store was still open. As I drove through the drive-thru to pick up the order the window of the drive-thru was closed. I had to honk the horn from the car to get her attention. After several minutes this employee finally turned around and saw me and yelled that the store was closed. She could of apologized instead of yelling. First of all when I arrived this Starbucks was STILL open. I would NOT RECOMMEND this Starbucks to anyone. They provided me with horrible customer service. Read moreThey were talking super fast while taking our order, and they did not repeat back the order. They also didn’t have the order showing at the drive thru screen, so we couldn’t confirm. Our drinks were made completely wrong, and they didn’t put an effort to mix our iced coffee. I’m not one to complain, but I’d like to be satisfied with my drink if I’m paying nearly $8… I get it, miscommunications happen. After 2 more minutes I went over to the pick up spot to ask if they are only taking drive thru and mobile orders or ???
