Was lucky to see a hwy sign for Royal Indian. It's a food truck outside a truck washing facility but don't let that put you off. It has a nice covered eating area and the food is excellent. Everything is made to order so there is a longer wait. The freshness and delicate spicing really come through. Worth the wait! I had some lunch snacks, samosas, aloo tikki and chaat. We stopped for our lunch break today and the overall experience was amazing. For starters the food was really tasty! The flavors were great on the chicken wrap. They include 2 sauces that I had never tried and I loved them both. The service was good as well and even checked in to make sure everything was going alright.
