Given human kindness! I called to place an order for delivery but, there were multiple charges from a scheduled Amazon purchase which, caused my credit / debit card to self block in an effort to prevent fraud. So, I called card holder services and waited on hold for 30 minutrs while being "forced" to listen to loud music with an excruciating headache and, no one ever picked up. I decided to use another debit / credit card and, called back to Rusty's on Bernard. Both times I was quoted a one hour 15 minute delivery time, however, the manager must have immediately placed my pizza in the oven. About an hour after placing the order and 25 minutes following payment, my large pizza arrived at my door, hot and, delicious. I first visited 2 weeks ago, and Fabio made me the best pizza and wings I've had since I moved to California 4 years ago.

Then I went back the next Friday with a friend who was visiting. Zane and Fabio made us another batch of the best pizza in town!!

But what really stood out to me is how they both treated us like family once we walked in the door. Fabio recognized me from my first visit and he's the one who even got us to try out the wings from Rusty's (which are now a staple for Friday nights after skating).

never saw any employees wash their hands, even after touching their face and go to cooking. one manager, michelle, sat there, barking orders at employees, and was extremely rude to my husband and I waiting to order. bathrooms were disgusting, and we found a hair in our pizza that cost more then its worth. through our whole meal we had to listen to that manager yell, and employees talk about sexual adventures. im never going to this place again. they wouldnt give me my money back for the pizza as we had eaten most of it. if your gonna get hair in your food there, better hope its in the...
