Service was horrible . The older women that works in the morning needs a good reality check! her service was horrible . i can’t believe the service i received being the fact me and a couple other people have been regulars for the last couple months we come at least 2 times a week and get treated so horribly we used to love this location and now it is the worst ! she doesn’t even wear uniform looks like a customer just hopped in the back and started working . asked to use coupons and was told no we couldn’t because they were not valid even though i just received them in the mail yesterday. she doesn’t even smile when people enter no greeting or anything . and the young girl working the morning is the sweetest ever , very helpful . so sad to see this establishment...

An absolute joke we went in and we didn’t even get to build our own sandwich we had to ask for the sandwiches on the menu and we kept asking the lady about what are we allowed to ask for with the coupons or we could order any one and she took it as if we asked for the number one and started to put meat on the sub and we asked what she was doing and she was like “you wanted the number one right?” We answered no she then proceeded to lift up the sub and slap the meat off with attitude at this point I’d rather stop going to subway all together and make my sandwich at home, I miss when I got to get the meat I actually wanted too which is capicola but they didn’t have it so I ended up getting boring turkey (I like turkey I just...

I wish I could give this place 0 stars! they forget orders! I went in yesterday and ordered a broccoli soup and they told me I had to wait because they had to warm it up . It took them 40 mins! But I brushed it off because I'm a forgiving person but today I went in again and ordered the same soup and what happened? it took 40mins again for the soup! I was soo irritated I was about to walk out but one kind employee who was on his break reminded the people I was waiting on a soup then they apologized and claimed they forgot and gave me a free cookie but still that was 40mins wasted of my life I cant get back I will never go here again...
