This last Friday we visited The BLVD with high expectations. This place has a great atmosphere, diverse selection of food and beverages. I have been there before couple of times and had fun but this time my experience at bar left me with a bad taste. Upon arriving, my party and I headed straight to the bar to order drinks. However, what should have been a straightforward process turned into a frustrating ordeal. Despite standing at the bar for over 10 minutes, the bartenders seemed oblivious to our presence, making no effort to acknowledge or assist us. The lack of eye contact and attention was particularly disheartening, as we eagerly awaited a simple order of Jameson & Club Soda. What added insult to injury was observing another patron (lady) who arrived after us, promptly receiving a cocktail from one of the bartenders. It was a perplexing contrast that left us feeling neglected and undervalued as customers. I understand that busy nights can be challenging for any bar, it is essential for establishments to prioritize fairness and professionalism in customer interactions. A lack of attention and unequal treatment can mar an otherwise enjoyable evening. Despite this disappointing encounter, I believe in providing constructive feedback for improvement. I encourage the management of THE BLVD to address these issues and implement training programs to ensure that all customers are treated with the same level of respect and attention, regardless of their beverage preferences.
