Reserved 2 lanes and ordered food for our son's bday party. Pizza came out on time but was barely cooked super flimsy and lukewarm. there was supposed to be fries as the side which we asked for 3 times. Finally an hour, literally an hour later the fries came out and we were told we had 5 minutes left and had to leave because our time was ip for the party. Our host was kind but MIA the majority of the time. The stand the pizza was set on was so flimsy that one of the pizzas actually fell onto the floor. When we purchased the Adulteen bday pkg it states there will be a 20% gratuity added to the total. Understandable with 10 people to serve and have a dedicated host. We ordered food as individuals and they automatically tacked on 20% gratuity to those items too even though it was not part of the party. We moved out of the party area since our hour and a half was up even though it took an hour and 25 minutes to get all of our food to us. We purchased laser tag for 4 of our kids they waited an hour to get in. My son got a text on his phone saying his group was up in 10 minutes. When the group before them came out my son and his friend started to head in and they were told by a worker that they were closing and could not go in. They went back to the counter for a refund and they tried to give a game card with $44 credits. I told them I didn't want credits I wanted a refund since they weren't allowed to play. They looked at me like I was lying. My son showed the notification on his phone and the time on it and the response was "hhhmm thats odd. I don't know why it would do that I've never had that happen before. That's odd." He said that he gave a credit that we can use when we come back. I told him I wanted a refund. Finally he offer a cash refund. Needless to say, a VERY disappointing experience especially for a birthday party. Their quality and service has definitely gone down hill from the bday party experience we had there...
Read moreThis last Friday we visited The BLVD with high expectations. This place has a great atmosphere, diverse selection of food and beverages. I have been there before couple of times and had fun but this time my experience at bar left me with a bad taste. Upon arriving, my party and I headed straight to the bar to order drinks. However, what should have been a straightforward process turned into a frustrating ordeal. Despite standing at the bar for over 10 minutes, the bartenders seemed oblivious to our presence, making no effort to acknowledge or assist us. The lack of eye contact and attention was particularly disheartening, as we eagerly awaited a simple order of Jameson & Club Soda. What added insult to injury was observing another patron (lady) who arrived after us, promptly receiving a cocktail from one of the bartenders. It was a perplexing contrast that left us feeling neglected and undervalued as customers. I understand that busy nights can be challenging for any bar, it is essential for establishments to prioritize fairness and professionalism in customer interactions. A lack of attention and unequal treatment can mar an otherwise enjoyable evening. Despite this disappointing encounter, I believe in providing constructive feedback for improvement. I encourage the management of THE BLVD to address these issues and implement training programs to ensure that all customers are treated with the same level of respect and attention, regardless of their beverage...
Read moreBefore I begin, I would like to acknowledge our party coordinator Priscilla and the manager on duty. This was my first visit to the Blvd. I was invited to a kid's party by a close personal friend. To my surprise, I was greeted by my friend in tears. My friend informed me that no one had shown up to her son's birthday party. This is a parents nightmare. How do you explain to a 10 year old, that no one has shown up to celebrate his big day?? I became emotional myself. My friend and I collected ourselves and were determined to make the most of our little man's special day. Our party coordinator Priscilla, who was also emotionally invested in our situation, did an amazing job spoiling our birthday boy with bowling, ice cream dessert, and 'special gift' from the manager on duty. I cant praise her enough for going above and beyond the job, but also having empathy. As one of the other guests would say, "you wouldn't get this kind of caring service at another local establishment. They would have said too bad about the situation and suggest get better friends". My friend and I feel incredibly lucky that our birthday boy didn't experience any emotional pain from the lack of guests at his party and we have the Blvd to thank for that. Thank you Priscilla. Thank you to the manager on duty on this day. The Blvd helped prevent a 10 year old boy from being emotionally scarred on his special day. They helped turn a sad situation, into a fun and...
