10/02/25 I came with my best friend and mom this I time. I did say I would give them another try. I ordered the chicken fried steak dinner this time. It was a 100% better this time and we got Jacob as our server today. I was talking to him about the last time I was in. He did remember that situation and we had a pleasant visit. I would have taken picture of my meal but I was so hungry I just digged in 😆. Kuddos to Jacob for being so amazing. My bestie and I ordered the steak tip breakfast and the country fried steak breakfast. It took over twenty min for our food to get to our table. The server had to bring us our food on four different trips. So my pancakes were cold. The chicken fried steak was extra extra crispy. I asked for extra crispy hashbrowns. My bestie asked for her eggs to be scrambled, and they brought her over easy eggs. She got my extra crispy hashbrowns, and I got hers. The server was not nice. I had to ask for another soda even though I put my glass at the edge of the table to I indicate that I was wanting a refill. When she brought us the check, she told me that I have to pay at the table. There is nothing about how to pay or what. So I saw on the receipt that you scam and pay. Well, that did not go well. So I headed up front and asked the hostess if she could help me. She did apologize and informed me that she did not know that she would get her manager to help me. I explained that I did not want to sign up for anything I just wanted to pay, and I would not be coming back. Jacob did ask why, and I informed him of everything. He apologized for the experience I had and did give me a 25% discount. Will I go back probably to give it another try since I was taken care of, I did thank Jacob, and I did give the server a tip. I did give service 5 stars because of how Jacob...

It took over 2.5 hours from walk in to us leaving we had to wait over 25 minutes to get seated because they only had one young man serving and checking people in and running the register the poor guy was being run ragged they weren’t that busy maybe a total of 6 tables the whole time we were there. There was 1 cook in the back and so it took forever to make our table of 3 meals . We ordered my daughter a sausage breakfast combo with the IF pancakes and they brought her the IF pancakes with a plate of eggs and hash browns. I had to ask where the sausage? His response was her order didn’t come with sausage. I said how does a sausage combo not come with sausage? He went back to the kitchen came out and brought us sausage. I ordered fruit on the side of meal and I had to ask for that as well. My toast came completely dry no butter and none on the side to add my own so I had to ask for some. My eggs were supposed to be over medium they were over hard instead. My food except my eggs were cold. I never got so much as one refill on my drink. We had to wait another 20 minutes to check out because the waiter was busy in the kitchen then delivering food to the tables. This place needs to hire more employees or close because you can’t properly run a restaurant with just 3 employees. I asked the waiter if they were short staffed and his response was yes but they can’t afford to hire...

My grandson his girlfriend and myself went to this location on Sunday around 12:30 to 1:00 p.m. They were moderately busy but only took 5 minutes to be seated When I ordered coffee I asked for lots of cream which was brought. But no spoon to stir with. Waitress did not return for about 7 to 8 minutes to take our order. We ordered two breakfasts and one crispy chicken sandwich. It took about 20 minutes to get our food and then only the two breakfasts were brought. The waitress said the sandwich would be out in just a minute. Our breakfasts were barely lukewarm so we decided to go ahead and start eating before his food arrived, but no silverware. In the mirror ball attached to the ceiling we could see the waitress standing at the entrance to a hallway doing nothing. But it was 3 to 4 minutes before she was back on the floor to ask her for utensils. We were almost finished with our breakfasts by the time the sandwich arrived. That was the cook's fault. He should have made sure all orders were ready before turning any out.

We were never offered any other flavored syrup except the maple that was on the table. Nobody ever checked back to ask if everything was okay or if we needed anything.

The food tasted good (other than being only lukewarm) but the service left A LOT...
