Wendy's — Restaurant in Bakersfield

Wow. What a joke. My mom and I went to Wendy's with my daughter, and my mom placed her order, she ordered 3 of the $5 deals and said two of them were to go. She received three drinks and they did not ask if they were going to be different drinks. They just gave her what they wanted to give. She paid for it got her order and her fries were cold. Then it was time for me to place my order... they walked off and I stood there waiting to place an order. My mom asked the lady if she was going to take my order. So then the lady at the drive-thru came over and was rude. She placed my order, and acted like I was bothering her. She gave me the wrong drink and got mad because I wanted the original drink that I had ordered. There was nobody inside, the place stunk and you have to get refills from behind the counter. You can't do it yourself. You have to wait for them to come to the counter to get the refill, but they're in the back just standing around talking. let me first start by saying this is actually my favorite fast food place to eat at. The way the drive thru girls treat you is very rude and not professional at all it shouldn’t be a bother to ask if my order can be dropped fresh. I will no longer be coming to this Wendy’s anymore. Please hire better employees or managers because obviously they let the employees disrespect the customers.

Also added , I went to Wendy’s today on 12/30/19 around 10 pm and they not only messed up my order but when I asked for sauce I was given attitude by the cashier her name Started with the letter M her name was very little so I could barley see the beginning she had burgundy brown hair in a bun along with a spiteful attitude and very un tasteful customer service she didn’t even want to give me a receipt And I had TWO ORDERS . So this experience was so un satisfying and disappointing if I were the manager I would not only be ashamed but I would be very very disappointed and repulsed by my restaurant...

Been to this location only twice, once in the morning, food was rushed, was cold treated like I was trying to steal,when I had missing items, felt like I bothered them. Then I came tonight for some dinner after coming out of work. Drive thru guy seemed annoyed, didn't wanna respond was rude with the way he responded when I asked for sauce and food to be made fresh. Just got the vibe that I annoyed them. Sorry just like them I work and wish I had to time to eat at home instead, but I was tired just wanted to have some dinner. Honestly won't come here unless last resort. Rather go to the one on the other side of town by mall view rd. If you can't give good customer service then maybe it's not the right fit... had to edit this, the food was not fresh, tasted old, come on man I even apologized for asking it to be fresh...
