Balch Springs Tacos — Restaurant in Balch Springs

First time coming here only to get humiliated and disrespected by one of the staff members. She began talking down o lm me because I was wearing sweatpants and a sweater. She smart mouthed me, at first I ignored her smart remarks while I waited for her to make the order, until she took her smart mouth way too far! The moment I responded to her telling her I did not appreciate her remarks one she doesn’t know me and it’s my first time coming here at least have a little bit of decency. I was the only there customer wise. She got defensive saying that I insulted her and hurt her feelings 🤔 how? By asking her to stop offending me. Anyways, I paid for a drink and the woman refused to give me the cup she said if I got the cup myself I’d be stealing and she would call 911 on me. After that statement I was fed up with her unprofessional behavior and customer service I just grabbed my tacos order and left. Now that I think about it, I should’ve let her call 911 on me, so I can report her, she probably rips off...

We went in there for the first time to try their food, we started to order 10 tacos but changed our minds & got The wings & burgers instead & 2 Quesadillas. We waited for about 20 minutes then they told us our Order was ready then the lady said she forgot fries on one order so we waited another 10 minutes, we grabbed our food without checking then went home, Wings were not there. I went all the way back for her to tell me she never charged us for the wings, so I paid again got the wings then came home to Raw wings. I bit into one of them & there was blood still running along the bone. Ruined my whole night & meal with my family. Went there twice in one night to be disappointed both times. I ordered a barbacoa torta. I definitely got it. Took a bite into frozen bread. It's sad that a business, that's trying to become successful,, chooses to freeze a bread that's available EVERYWHERE! Not to mention the loud screaming from the ladies at the counter for the gas station. Granted I did go to a gas station to get food, but a frozen bun? Really? And besides that we can't even wash our hands because the gas station is out of soap. It's okay. I borrowed some of your shelf and put it back after. Thanks but no thanks. Quality of food was not even close to being acceptable. Then the guy sees me, asked me what's wrong, I told him, then he goes back to thawing out more buns...
