Tacos — Restaurant in Balch Springs

My wife and i tried this place for the first and only time and we were disappointed. We had an appetizer which was the queso and carne fries. First off the cheese was nacho cheese from a can, it had finely chopped up carne asada and pickled jalapenos and of course fries which were frozen not fresh. Overall they were ok. We both had the gordita plate which came with 2 corn gorditas, mexican rice and beans. The beans were from a can, the rice was ok if you don't mind having mix veggies from a can mixed in with it. The gordita shell itself looked like 2 corn tortillas somehow fused together on one end and stuffed with the meat of your choosing. I had the barbacoa which wasn't greasy and the carne asada. My wife had chicken which had no seasoning or flavor and her barbacoa gordita came with a big piece of fat which is pretty disgusting. To drink i had the agua fresca of limonada which was good and my wife had the Jamaica which was not the best. Im giving this place a low rating because none of the ingredients seemed to be fresh, mostly frozen or from a can and it was flavorless. Been going her going on 10 years and never has the food given me upset stomach me and boyfriend went and we both got a bad case of running bowels. Not sure if they did something different with the food but might think twice before we go again the stomach...

My husband and I had the pastor tacos, fajita tacos, pastor burrito and fajita burrito. This was the best we have EVER eaten. Perfection on the seasonings as well as the size of the burritos. They were stuffed with plenty of meat and toppings. Both the green and red salsas were wonderful. We have found a new place to eat that is close to home. Thank you Mi Ranchitoo Taqueria

Mi esposo y yo comimos tacos de pastor, tacos de fajita, burrito de pastor y burrito de fajita. Este fue el mejor que hemos comido. Perfección en los condimentos así como el tamaño de los burritos. Estaban rellenos con mucha carne y coberturas. Tanto la salsa verde como la roja eran maravillosas. Hemos encontrado un nuevo lugar para comer que está cerca de casa.
