Came today my total was 40 dlls and paying with a 100 bill manager and employees laughed at the back where I can hear them. They all gave different excuses .. am a regular customer paying always over $40s in my orders and he says he can't break a 100 bill when is only 60 back. Told him didn't care if is only 5 10.20 no matter am a regular customer 4-5 times a week. No care to help I saw the other cash drawer had plenty of 20s but they still refused to break the bill.
Not coming back. I CAN Leterraly proof I have pay over 2-3k a yr or more to this place to receive this kind of service.
Can't break a bill when my total is almost half of the bill.
Employees laughing at the back making comments about my self .. window was half way open.
When ask for Manager they all lied 3 different people came to say were managers. And they refused to give names and corporate number. I have them video taped them.
So upset can't break a bill because they don't have pens to verify bill. Plus they need defenetaly more training.
They cannot be laughing about customers and make offensive comments. Please check camaras 2.12.22 @ 6.30 pm and yes you can see and hear everything!!!!.

Read moreI visited the Balchsprings , Texas location Thur May 12 at 5:44 p.m. I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 pizzas and the young man, Donald T, at window asked me to pull forward the front of the store he would bring my order out to me, so I pulled out of drive thru, parked up front and proceeded to wait. I sat there for more than 12 minutes watching other patrons come and go with their orders. So I decided to get out and go in to see if my order was ready. I got inside and there were to people inside for their orders. The same guy whom worked the drive thru window and told me that he would bring my order out to me saw me come in. He went to the back counter picked up 2 pizza boxes sitting there and handed them to me. I thanked him for bringing my order out to me in my car as he said that he would and his reply was " YOU ARE WELCOME "..... I was expecting an apology but recieved sarcasm. I am a restaurant general manager , I have been in the food service industry as a manager for more than 25 years. I currently manager a staff of 35 and not a one of them would ever treat any customer in this way. I guess that the standards and expectations are lower that what they should and suppose to be, I will never visit this Little Caesars...
Read moreI'm changing my previous 5 star review. We went to the pioneer location yesterday evening oct-22 at 8:34pm. I had ordered online, they were packed inside and out. I was supposed to receive a email the second my order was done, which I did not. Finally made it to the counter and found out my order had been ready "for a long time" via the guy at counter. We get home with my 2 pizzas that I ordered as "well done" they were anything but. We began making our plates and upon opening 1 pizza and picking 2 slices up we noticed a large clump of hair, not a single strand, but a large clump of black hvmair which we put in a Ziploc bag Incase proof is needed. But it doesn't end there. The second pizza I purchased was for my other family members. They had already taken it into the other room and begun consuming it. Not even 45 mins later they were fighting over the bathroom with diarrhea and vomiting uncontrollably. This finally ended 12 hours later. I tried calling this location 3 times today. Only got them to pick Up phone 1 time, and they hung it up as soon as I asked for a manager. I will be contacting corporate. All I want is...
