Balch Springs Library - Learning Center — Attraction in Balch Springs

I walk in the library with my walker at 6:37pm to fill out some paperwork also told them I need to scan documentss. I realized I left a form in the truck. I told the attendent I will be right back in 2 minutes to get something out of the truck to scan with the rest. I looked up at the clock ,it was 6:42pm. I go to the truck looking in the truck and I'll be. They locked up the library and turned the lights off at 6 :45 pm. I was like no.maybe their still in there. No they really did lock it up knowing I wasn't finished. Why are they locking up the library way to early. This makes the 3rd time I have noticed since I moved over here they are closed early. I hope they are not getting a payroll income for till the ful time cause they leave early. Tax payers work at hand.How rude To do that, lock up early. They knew I had documents to scan How rude This is the 3rd time. I have to go to the city council about this. This is so not right. I have pictures of the library closed at a time stamp on phone. Maybe they should advertise, New closing hours are 6:45pm. And they knew I was coming back in.I had to drive to Town East Office Deposit. How inconvenient Balch...

I have been here on several occasions, the ladies in the front aren't so nice. They seem to comfortable in their chairs to get up and try and help anyone. They seem annoyed when question's are asked about how to use a computer or how to print. When asked they don't seem to know why or how to answer.issue, they seem annoyed that people have questions and that they are being interrupted from whatever they are doing.They do seem to be more helpful to a particular race. I am glad that I am computer literate, but really do feel bad for all those who aren't and the older folks. The fact that someone else had the same experience, and the person in charge says that they typically get good feedback instead of apologizing and paying attention to make a change instead of sitting in the back office is sad. The reason I know is because the ladies always say, let me ask my supervisor and head to a door behind their desk. No one ever comes out to address or help and give people...

Very bad service only 1 nice lady in there the other white lady was ignorant and would only ask if we imprinted it but if she saw us going back and forth and asking them for help and telling them its our 1st time doing it and if they could walk us through it or tell us where and how.Also we had asked this nice sir for help and he helped us and when he told the rude lady she raised her voice and said "IK WHAT SHES TALKING ABOUT"like girl calm down you don't have to be so rude chill out plus all you did was say the same thing over and over but never helped us.Oh but when another lady who was also pale in skin color you were literally walking her through everything and don't think we didn't see the faces you made like girl this is part of your job if you don't like helping others then why did you get it in the first place like hello common sense?,anyways this...
