Taqueria Y Pupuseria El Chipotle — Restaurant in Balch Springs

This place is so convenient.. while dropping my daughter off at school, I’m able to place an order over the phone. Once I make my way back home, my order is usually ready once I’ve arrived. So far, I’ve only tried their breakfast plates and tacos. The food seems pretty authentic. I take my order to go and am usually satisfied. Now, I gave it 5 stars because I am very picky and this place has me going back again & again. My 2 year old LOVES the breakfast tacos. And they cost a dollar each. Let me start off with saying I’m giving a 1 star bcs of what the food did to my hands & also the service. However the taste of the food is BOMB As you can see in the picture as soon as I instantly as I started to eating the pupusas & the cabbage mixture it comes with my hands started to turn orange. The taste of the food was great. But I will not be eating here no more due to what happened. Also the service, I drove 15 mins to go get food. To get said no for extra sauce that made sense to have bcs I had ordered 6 pupusas. They assured me sauce was in the bag , I assured them again I had opened the food containers & told them there was nothing in the bag nor containers. Making a scene bcs they didn’t want to give me another sauce but can’t even have soap to wash your hands in the restroom? I had to wash my hands with detergent powder soap!!

Empiezo con dado una estrella solo por lo que la comida le hizo an mis manos. La comida prueba bien rica! Bien sabor! A cómo pueden ver en las fotos empecé a comer las Popusas y el curtido con lo que viene cuando me di cuenta que mis manos estaban cambiando color anaranjado. El sabor de la comida es sabroso, pero haz lo que me hizo a las manos. No volveré otra vez.

Ahora también el servicio no bueno manejé 15 minutos para esta locación para que me digan que no me pueden dar una salsita extra con seis Popusas que ordené cheque mi bolsa y no había Salsa, fui les pregunté me aseguraron que me habían puesto Salsa y yo les aseguré que había abierto la bolsa, había abierto el contenedor de la comida y no había nada de Salsa a pesar de este problema tampoco no pueden ni tener jabón regular para lavarse las manos en el baño, tienen jabón de lavar ropa de polvo para lavarse...

I've ordered here almost daily via Uber eats. Last night I ordered empanadas de queso. 2 orders. Upon arrival they had a vague sweet taste. I called to ask if they use the same oil as their sweet fried desserts. I was told the owner was not there or the manager. I asked what time would someone be there who I could voice my concerns.
