I ordered a refresher and the drink was ok and the girl that serve was helpful. The one star review is strictly regarding the treatment I received from other Hispanic girl. I wanted to make the point that it is not the black girl. To be clear I was there on 8/9/25 at 7pm. This review is not to complain but I would recommend the owner to give the staff customer service training. I witnessed this staff disrespect a customer. I assumed it was a misunderstanding, then I saw her do the same to another customer while I was sitting there. Then she did it to me as well. Maybe she is having a tough day today but this review is for the owner to train her on being polite and respectful. I believe she does not know how she comes across. If you own this location, you can do what you wish with this review but I would recommended getting in front of this before you continue to give inadequate customer service which will impact negatively to you business. This place NEEDS improvement! Maybe from corporate or a manager. This place is not clean. Does no one care if the seats and floors are filthy? Do you expect for the customer to clean them for you? Arlyn is the one who helped us and definitely not friendly, I didn't feel welcomed with my daughter by her. I KNOW she's not happy here. On top of all this, there are NO napkins???
