originally ate from this amazingly tasty resturaunt when I was a little dude in san diego and carson CA, this place makes burgers that rival the classic and famous West Coast burger joint known as In-n-out. From the new Texas toast burgers to the classic Big Buford this places has it all! Fish sandwiches, monsterella stix, chili cheese dogs, their famous seasoned french fries that they sell even at Walmart in frozen form, to the delicious italian iced drinks this place has it the best comfort food a classic and new Californian could ask for. I really thought about it and I decided I have to put a review about the incompetence of the employees or employee I should say that works there. I went there today August 28th at around 2:00 p.m. and I ordered five items period after waiting for 15 minutes at the drive-thru she handed me the bag and I asked her very confidently is everything in there that I ordered. Rather than check the bag in front of her and upset them be since that happens sometimes when I make it a habit since this often is a mistake at fast food places. And sure enough as I checked a few minutes later I was missing two items the total cost for the food I purchase was $16 and it seems to be a habit. It's very unfortunate because I support people in this industry that work and fast food but this is totally unacceptable I'm very disappointed and I'm seriously contemplating if I should keep going to the Rally's in...

I expected this to be a genuine burger place for the over hype it got, but if you want more bread than meat, then this is your place to go. I also wanted some ranch and the worker was about to hand me the ranch when another worker was screaming, “It’s an extra 50 cents!” When we clearly saw another customer walk out with ranch for FREE. Maybe put a sign or something on which sauces are free and which are not! Also the parking here is small so good luck trying to maneuver the drive thru lane. Never going back here again... The restrooms are also located outside and it is an inconvenience. The tables are messy and feel crowded as well in such a tiny spot to dine in.
