Starbucks — Restaurant in Baldwin Park

A barista (big, bulky guy with glasses) tried to refuse getting me a free refill of an iced coffee [from a frappuccino and green tea I bought] as a card holder by telling me that they couldn't do it because I bought a frappuchino and green tea, even though their policy states I am entitled to free refills of hot or cold brewed coffees and teas "regardless of the original beverage" as long as I haven't left the Starbucks.

He asked me to show him proof of the policy stating so. I did, and even then, I had to put up with his attitude, even borderline threatening me, by telling me he'll "let it slide this time".

Do yourself a favor and go to the one inside the Target across the street and save yourself from almost suffering a panic attack, like...

The employees are wonderful, courteous, kind and knowledgeable, - what the urban tech soldier requires is: "outlets for iPhones, a stable and consistent wireless signal, and a pleasant crowd, they have all three plus as I stated above...."social grace", I read the other reviews and I have faced the same issue as mr.x, - but not in that store, but at every other establishment in the 1/4 mile dia., there lies in wait the "hater/rude/cruel behavior, and as a business owner in that zone, I am very disappointed in the individuals who possess this poison that contaminates the entire sector, seems racism is alive and well in America in the year of our lord 2017, "A horrible thing for our children and OUR future regardless of who resides in that...

I find this place to be very convenient and cozy. If your looking for a place to do homework. Or finish some of you're work. Or even finish that book you've been dying to finish for. This Starbucks is the place to go, it also has outside seating too. Ive only been unhappy with my experience there twice. Sometimes it can get a bit cold. As if they put the A/C very low, like shivering cold. And the other bad experience was when I had order a frappe. And it was very watered down. But in general Starbucks always does its best to you...
