America's Best Wings - Edmondson Ave — Restaurant in Baltimore

Hello everyone I usually don't write reviews for restaurants but my particular experience at this America's best wings in this and Avenue was not pleasant. The meat of this issue was that I was overcharged for The four piece chicken tender combo meal. They advertise that the price for the combo was 7.39 and I was charged 7.99. When IInquired about the extra charge they told me "oh the prices went up" and I pointed to the sign that show that it was 7.39. I then spoke with the manager and they told me that "the prices changed" and he gave me the option to pay the up charge or to get a refund to which I Took the refund.

The most disturbing thing about this encounter was that they cavalierly up charge me for no reason other then they change the price. They would know their own prices and for them to charge me an extra $.60 and to not apologize for the miss advertisement shows that they really don't respect your customers.also to not ever ties the price change or to tell about the price change shows you that they think that their customers Are dumb and gullible and will pay whatever they charge them.It makes you think how much money do they make off of people don't check their receipts. It breaks the trust of their customers because each person goes in there expecting them to be charge what they see on the board not with the make up on their screen.

In conclusion I feel as though if a place doesn't respect you enough to accommodate of their mistakes or to be upfront with you about their pricing they do not...

I can only comment on my experience and what I ate at the Upper Marlboro location.

Just what this area needed, another takeout. It wont be long before this area is plagued with carry-outs on every corner. It appeared to be clean. Maybe it was because no one was eating at the tables. The person who took my order was not very professional. While waiting on my order, I asked for a takeout menu. The response was not pleasant. What should I expect coming from a carryout. The person who took my order had a friend eating wings at the counter where orders are placed. I could barely sign my receipt because her friend was in front of the register talking and eating where the pen was located. Not once did this employee ask her friend to move nor did the person have the decency to move. A couple of Martin characters. The Asian guy behind the counter did not pay this behavior any attention. As long as you order and pay, who cares.

I ordered hot wings. The wings were what looked to be coated in cornmeal. The wings were pretty mushy due to the hot wings sauce over the cornmeal fried wings. They were obviously overly pre fried because the meat was dry with an old taste. The sauce was so salty I had to take another blood pressure pill.

This place is plexiglas bound with servings of salty strokes in styrofoam containers.

I would be more than happy to re-post under the Upper Marlboro location as soon as you add it to...

My husband bought what he thought was sippose to be honey wings and i gotta tell you it was not an journey that i will ever embark upon again. This. was only a matter of 15 min. Ago and they are the MOST discusting dry wings I've ever encountered. No sauce on them dry and no flavor. If we were not as far away i would have brought this garbage back, not to mention the fries had died. DONE with America's Best Wings at Edmonsson Village .I'm not blaming ever store but That One is definitely Out of Otder. Check the people you hire and the care that they take of otber peoples money for what they pay for and the stomachs that have to suffer behind your bullshit. Upset. HELL YEAH!
